Nice property. Very young families - lots of kids - if thats your jam. Prior to arriving I received a phone call from some woman named Wafa interrogating me about my reservation number and not “seeing” me in the system & trying to save me 90 min at check in? I politely told her I would call her back & immediately phoned the resort to inquire who this woman is. After finally speaking to a supervisor she explained that it was a ploy to get me to sit through some vacation club sales pitch. How unprofessional to say the least. I told the supervisor it seemed like a scam & that she needs to change her approach. Had a salad with fresh tuna at Stilts on Sunday and spent the rest of the week battling food poisoning. Kinda ruined the entire experience for me but was at least able to lay in the sun and drink ginger ale all week. No one asked how the stay was when I checked out…so I shared my food poisoning experience at Stilts. The woman pulled out a piece of paper & took a few notes. Told me I may be hearing back from management. The irony is I recalled saying to my family after that first meal at Stilts that I could not eat their food all week - it wasn’t that good & did not feel healthy. Then I awoke with food poisoning. I purchased this vacay via a third party vrbo/candy vacay so not a Marriott Vacay Club member like most. Definitely would not pay same to stay here again. Vacay on Marco annually more value at other resorts.

This resort is always very clean and the units are top notch! Appliances look like new and amenities are great with 3 hot tubs, 3 pools. Everyone has a spot to go with plenty of lounge chairs. Stilts is a nice place for drinks and a bite. If it gets cooler, they have blankets and heat towers. Fitness facilities are top notch. This was our second time and will definitely go back again..

We had a great first visit to Marco Island. The accommodation was excellent. The apartment was really spacious - a nice family room and two good size bedrooms, each room with its own tv. The two bathrooms were great too. The balcony is large and nice to sit on and relax. The resort provided lots of towels and toiletries, and it was super helpful having a washer and dryer in the unit. The resort itself is really nice - the beach is beautiful, and the three pools were really nice. The whole property was very clean and we constantly saw staff and grounds people cleaning and straightening up.The resort had a whole calendar of events happening while we were there too - lots of activities for the kids and adults. The restaurants were also very good - Stilts was delicious and the pizza at Cucina was nice and convenient to have so close. The resort also has a small market in the lobby for necessities which is very helpful. There’s a Publix grocery store about a 5 minute drive, and there’s also a cute bookstore and other stores right across the street from the resort. The gym in the resort is pretty good too - plenty of machines, and nice and clean. All of the staff at the resort were very nice and helpful. Communication with the listing agents was great - they answered really promptly and were very helpful with our questions. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay on Marco Island with tons to do and lots of space for a large family.

The staff was courteous. The lobby smelled AMAZING! Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The snack bar had essentials we left. The fitness center was perfect. Good equipment. The only drawback was the advertisement of Starbucks on site. I was thinking there would be an actual small version of the cafe when it was only a fountain type option that didn't work the entire week and it didn't look like they had any plans on fixing it anytime soon. I guess that's my fault for misinterpreting We proudly serve Starbucks . Other than that the resort was a hit with the family.
