Holiday Inn Club Vacations Cape Canaveral Beach Resort 2 bedroom

We stayed six nights. We used the main pool, lazy river, hot tub, and water slide every day. Great water activities. They have rules to enforce, but are pretty loose when everything is going well.The front desk workers, and pool staff were very nice. Bartenders made some good drinks. The restaurant workers were also very nice.The beach was only a short walk. We went every day. We also used the mini golf, game room, pickle ball, ping pong, shuffle board. We never got around to using the basketball, tennis, Frisbee golf, or second pool. Great amenities.We did go the the Kennedy Space Center and got to see a rocket launch. Both were really cool.

Horrible experience with this Host and Property! At check-in we were informed that our reservation had been cancelled by the owner on the day prior. Baffled as to how someone else could cancel my reservation when the host provided me a conf # in my name, but apparently the owner can do whatever they like even though the room had been 100% completely paid for by me. After hours of waiting with three kids, due to the cancel, we were then given a room that was NOT what we booked and paid for. It was in a different bldg disconnected from all of the amenities that we have come to know (having stayed at this “resort” nearly a dozen times). We know the property so well that we took an extra step prior to booking to confirm that our room was reserved in the main building nearby all the amenities. That is what we paid for and that is NOT what we received. In any other market this would be unacceptable but in this situation I guess you are only entitled to what others deem is sufficient regardless of the agreement. To compound the problem upon arrival we learn that the main amenity (and others) were closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay. The main pool was being repaired (with no sense of urgency). We were told that owners were notified of this closure (albeit not too early) but no notice was given to us prior to arrival. All-in-All - we were taken advantage of and grossly overpaid for a “hotel room”. Not the annual vacation we so looked forward too. Buyer Beware!!!!

The resort has everything you need. The pools are big, lazy river, water slide, entertainment around the pool, movie theater, putt putt golf, game room, jeep ride down to the beach. The room had 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths aiming with pull out sleeper sofa, kitchen and great view of pool. While we were there we got to see a night launch.

We had a wonderful time. The beach is a bit of a hike if you are bringing a lot of items, but the trolly makes it manageable. The hotel was clean and convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation!

This was the perfect vacation to take small children on. The pools were right outside of the building that we were staying in, the condo was the perfect size for two adults, and three children. Everything that we could want was close by within a couple minutes drive Will definitely stay here in the future. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Canaveral. Very relaxing enjoyable trip. Kennedy Space Center was pretty cool and an hour away from Disney and Universal. We will definitely be back.

We had an extremely comfortable and entertaining stay. The beach was a wonderful spot to watch the SpaceX launch.

Great apt. T.V should be able to connect to Netflix or Amazon .
