Stayed Jan 14, 2026Location and resort were great! The kitchen was disappointing. Limited pots and pans, utensils, and no spice cupboard. Other than that, the rooms were comfortable and the Hilton was responsive when things were needed.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025Great stay at this property. We had an ocean view room (as advertised) and the room was a perfect size for the 6 of us. I enjoyed that this tower has its own lobby/check-in. It was a very “unbothered” stay- after checkin we barely interacted with hotel staff which was fine with us since we didn’t need anything like regular housekeeping. Friends who have a condo in Waikiki came by for fireworks and said we were “holding out on them” about how great the view was. Would definitely book again!

Stayed Aug 5, 2023We got a 2 bdroom garden view room at the lagoon tower. Very spacious and actually had a view of the ocean. Property was very clean.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Overall it was very nice. Check in was not a good experience and our name was not listed when we checked in. Which caused check in to be almost 2 hours long.
