Stayed Jan 14, 2026Location and resort were great! The kitchen was disappointing. Limited pots and pans, utensils, and no spice cupboard. Other than that, the rooms were comfortable and the Hilton was responsive when things were needed.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025Great stay at this property. We had an ocean view room (as advertised) and the room was a perfect size for the 6 of us. I enjoyed that this tower has its own lobby/check-in. It was a very “unbothered” stay- after checkin we barely interacted with hotel staff which was fine with us since we didn’t need anything like regular housekeeping. Friends who have a condo in Waikiki came by for fireworks and said we were “holding out on them” about how great the view was. Would definitely book again!

Stayed Jun 30, 2023The stay was great! The unit was actually in the Grand islander, which is a much nicer and quieter part of the Hilton Hawaiian village. I wish they had made it more clear that it was a separate part of the village. I waited in line at the main lobby only to be told that I was in the wrong place. But moving towers was totally worth it! Place was super clean with prime location on Waikiki beach. Staff was very attentive! I had missed the email they had sent me when I first booked the reservation. But when I contacted them as we were headed to the hotel, they were very communicative and called me right away to confirm the reservation. I would book again!

Stayed Aug 13, 2022Room was exactly as explained on advertising. All amenities were available and working in room. great partial view of ocean and view of village pools. Would recommend for families.
