The unit we got is part of Hilton's Grand Vacation (HGV) Lagoon Tower and is located on the Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel. It has a separate check-in desk which was faster and more convenient. Check-out was also a breeze. The unit had spectacular views (ocean and mountains), acess to all hotel pools and service, from towel service, to the ability to pay using the rom number, to everything else really. The apartment was large, clean, very well kept, and we felt at home. The property manager (Adriana) is great, with excellent communication and prompt responses. We've been to the Hilton before and knew what to expect. For our fellow VRBO users, if this is your first time on this property please note parking is **expensive** ($60+/day after taxes). National has a kiosk right at the hotel, and you can rent there instead. Food is also expensive. An alternative is a long hike / short drive to the Ala Moana Shopping center, which has two excellent food courts and dozens of restaurants. This was a fantastic vacation after all the covid misery, and our whole family loved it.

The unit we stayed in was great! And very much inline with what we were expecting. I was not expecting the entire building yelling off their balconies until about 2am for the first few nights we were on property. I’m guessing that was more of a holiday weekend kind of thing and more of a property issue vs a unit issue. Overall we enjoyed our time and wil be back again one day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was exciting. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking meals. The rooms were nice sized and fairly clean. Our only complaint really was the elevator wait times. During certain times of day it could be difficult to get to the room as we were on the 11th floor ! but otherwise it was a wonderful vacation
