Bundled between the majestic waters of Newport Bay and Historic Thames St. shopping, dining, and drinking, the Newport Onshore Resort will be the ideal New England stay. With Newport as the Yatching Capital of the World, it is the perfect place to experience all types of boating activities, so once you charter your boat for the day, you can come back and unwind in one of the many pools or sweat it out in the fitness center located on site. Most guest's also love that within walking distance they can find the best museums, antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries while watching the sail boats in the harbor glide past.

Offering spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom resort suites that comfortably sleep four to eight guests and range from 800 to 1,800 square feet. Suites feature private bedrooms with one king bed in the master, one full bed or two twin beds in the guest rooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate the economy of a full kitchen and the convenience of a washer/dryer in each suite. Plus, suites offer a separate living/dining area, and spacious balcony.

The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please notate that requests are not guaranteed.
