Enjoy a stylish, modern vibe in this completely remodeled 2 bedroom on 2 levels. This is the closest property to Canyon Lodge lifts and gondola. Easy access to the town shuttle & Austria Hof Lodge restaurant and bar, which features a great happy hour. Condo offers outdoor spa & pool (summer only) gameroom, sauna, covered parking and great views.

Ultra Comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with vaulted ceilings on the top floor corner overlooking the pool, jacuzzi and Lincoln Mountain. The condo has all new furnishings and a brand new complete remodel. Beds are extra comfortable and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook for your family. Amenities include: Smart TVs, Wifi, linens and towels, kitchen utensils and shampoo/conditioner. TOML-CPAN-14831

The entire home, garage and pool/jacuzzi/sauna/gameroom/laundry room.

While I allow 1 non-shedding dog, please keep pets off furnishings and never leave pet alone in the home.
Please be sure to check Canyon Lodge opening and closing dates. Usually Canyon Lodge closes during the week after Easter and is open weekends for the remainder of ski season. Dates depend on snow levels. Mountain Bike park access is also out of Canyon Lodge.
No Pets, parties or unregistered guests. No glass at pool area. Do not leave towels at pool. No smoking. Park in designated parking spaces only or you could be towed. Quiet hours 10pm - 7am.
When you arrive please pick up a parking pass inside the home and place inside car window. $250 replacement fee for lost pass. There is guaranteed parking for 1 car and overflow parking first come first served outside on the street(non-winter). Park in space 22 but if it is occupied take a lettered space.
Condo door 22 is on the top floor back of the A Building, the first building on the left upon entry to the parking lot. Door code is 0924 on the door handle, not the lockbox. You must turn the deadbolt knob to lock the door after entering the code when you leave the home.
IMPORTANT RULES:
****No smoking or parties! Town ordinance has quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. You can be fined for violating the TOML noise ordinance.
***Pets must not be left alone in the home, must not be allowed on the furniture, must be leashed on property and must be taken off property across the street to forest area to use the bathroom.
****Please use the Gas fireplace as the primary heat source as it will heat the entire condo. ON/OFF switches are on the wall behind fireplace. Do NOT lean on Fireplace or you can be burned. Fireplace switch is on wall behind fireplace There are also electric wall heaters in each room operated with the knob on the heater. Please turn off wall heaters and fireplace when you leave each day.
***Please do not use towels for makeup removal or we will have to charge a damaged towel fee.
****Please let host know of any damages to the condo during your stay.
