The Grand Mayan 1 Bedroom Suite is a large 1,295 square foot suite with one bedroom, a king-size bed, two pull out beds in the living room , a dining table and kitchen, one bathroom, a soaking tub, a terrace with private plunge pool, and two 42' LCD TVs. There is an additional sink/vanity area outside the 1st bathroom with closest. This is next to the kitchen and provides access to the bathroom for guests sleeping in the living room without having to go through the bedroom.

Renters will also need to have a major credit card to be used for all expenses during the stay. Vidanta restaurants and the gift shop, and convenience store do not accept cash.
