The villa is assigned in Building 6, located high on the Westgate mountain property with beautiful views overlooking Gatlinburg. At night, the city lights below and the mountain setting make the view especially memorable. This location gives you that true Smoky Mountain resort feel while still keeping you close to downtown Gatlinburg and nearby attractions.

One of the biggest highlights of this stay is included access to Wild Bear Falls Water Park for up to 8 registered guests. Guests receive up to 8 wristbands for daily water park access during the stay, which adds major value for families and groups. Wild Bear Falls is a mountain-themed indoor/outdoor water park with heated water, a retractable roof, a lazy river, water slides, splash areas, and family-friendly fun in every season. Whether it is cold outside, snowy, or mild, the water park gives everyone something fun to enjoy right at the resort.

Specific building placement, views, water park hours, amenity availability, resort operations, and upgrade requests are controlled by Westgate and may be subject to change. This reservation is currently associated with Building 6. Guests may ask the resort at check-in about possible upgrade availability to Building 7 or Building 18, but upgrades are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability or additional fees.
