Friendly staff, good amenities, older but good. Would stay again

Rooms facing the highway can be quite loud during the day.

Great place loved our view even though it’s on the hwy still was great. Perfect distance between town and the snow hill. Few things need work the bathroom light fell a few times ( was held up by paper) and the stair railing is super loose but other the that it was a good stay

The hotel itself was okay. But I had to phone the contact number well within a week of our booking to just get an address! There was no communication before that. It’s the first time Ive used VRBO and I can’t say I would use it again.

Front desk staff were great. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were great after our days snowboarding. Tandoor restaurant was great as well. Only area to improve was the room cleaning. Bed was made but some dirty cups not cleaned. Overall will stay there again.

The hotel is a bit run down and not all amenities are up and running. The hot tub and sauna were under repair, the pool was chilly and the games area was not welcoming. The rooms and hotel were clean and the staff were amazing. The food at the restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The proximity to the Fernie ski hill was such a bonus with a less than 10-minute drive.

There are three beds but it is not a three bedroom. It is one bedroom with a bed in the loft. We stayed in June and we could not cool the loft to a reasonable temperature.
