The room was clean & the location was great!

The front desk staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. The bellman was very helpful and our bags arrived shortly after we got to our room. The room was clean and inviting! Definitely a di again stay!

I was expecting a hotel room. What I got was a luxury apartment. I was absolutely blown away. Felt like royalty. What a lovely time.

Excellent stay

Great location, close to everything but far from chaos

I stayed here for a week long conference at the convention center. Cesar at the front desk was so helpful, kind, and professional. The hallways were well lit and safe. The elevators were all working and they did not take a long time to wait for. The location was great and I appreciated not having to walk through a smoky casino. The restaurant and market downstairs were great. The rooms were clean and spacious. My only recommendation was for them to add towel bars and robe hooks in the bathroom.

Staff made sure visit was good. Walls were kinda thin and could hear neighbors occasionally but overall quiet. Had to park on garage level 7 one night due to first 3 levels being used for valet.

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s on the strip where you can take a nice stroll to the Arts District or walk on over to other resorts. The only thing that was semi unpleasant was the construction going on that we weren’t informed about. The jackhammer started right at 9am.

This is a Hilton Grand Vacations property, and as such, has typical service. We sat through a 90 minute timeshare presentation that was pretty high pressure, but we're well compensated for it

It was lovely but the room did not look anything like the “suite” I booked online.

The unit was fantastic. No complaints at all.The property was beautiful and staff were nice.The only challenge was a maintenance issue in the tower I was in, where they shut water off from mid-morning until late evening. Understanding that it was necessary, it doesn’t affect how I rate the property or unit, but it did cause me to be late to a dinner party as I needed to use a shower at a friends hotel room.

Since it was a hotel room and not a studio which advertisement insinuates, room service would have been nice. A restaurant and bar on the property would have also been nice. Staff was friendly and courteous.

This was not a vrbo and the lister should be removed from vrbo. It was a vacation time share sales. Not happy and request my money back. First, hit with long sales pitch for hilton garden vacations. Could not get map of vegas without going through sales pitch. Bars were not open at night, saturday night closed at 10pm. It was a hotel room, not even a condo hotel room. I seriously doubt the owner owns the unit. Asked for wake up call for early morning flight, wake up call never came.When first booked i had to sign up and join nola or something like that and deal with them. Worst vrbo experience i have ever had

Room was nice and clean we were out of toilet paper , and hand soap upon arrival but i messaged front desk and within a few minutes they brought plenty to stock for us . At any time if I needed anything it was just a quick text message and within a few minutes it was brought to room . They checked in daily and updated anything that was going on at property. Super tentative the entire stay and was super easy to self check out . very convenient location to everything and free parking. Would highly recommend property

Very disappointed. Sink and tub drains were very slow. When showering, water stayed above feet. While washing face bathroom sink was half full because slow draining. Water went totally out and was out for 8-9 hours. Owner listed on VRBO which is where we rented. It is actually a time share so the hotel stated the couldn’t help. Owner wouldn’t communicate with us. A host on Koala wouldn’t connect us to owner. We were on our own. Don’t rent from the owner of this timeshare.

We have stayed here 4 times, but this year housekeeping didn't come twice, pool was dirty and the construction noise was unbearable.

Very convenient to the LVCC! Trouble checking in because my flight was delayed and my wife doesn't have the same last name, but that is understandable. Overall, great stay!

Overall a great stay. Good location, clean, quiet room, however I was not aware this was a timeshare and was going to be sold on purchasing a timeshare!

Everything about the hotel was nice except the constant ask to attend timeshare whenever you walked in.

It was a great place to stay! Close to the convention center. Be prepared that it is only a small hotel room, but it has a fridge and microwave, which were handy for us.Quick check-in and free parking.

Awesome trip

Our room was comfortable and had a great view of the mountains and lower Las Vegas Blvd. The location was great as well, centrally located for easy travel.

Property very clean, Room and bathroom were very clean and the amenities were as described. The pool and pool area was perfect. It was a family-friendly environment.

We had a wonderful stay. Our suite was clean and the bed was comfortable we had everything that we needed and it was right on the Strip which made it easy to get to everywhere that we were going.

We stayed for over a week for a conference & this location was perfect. The hotel had a shuttle to the conference center & we were within walking distance to the monorail. It had a full kitchen & lots amenities. It even had a marketplace with food & Starbucks coffee. The staff was not aggressive with any sales or marketing. I would stay again & recommend.

Quieter part of strip. Several public transport options available. Very comfortable stay! Not 1 issue during the 4 night stay. Would 100% book again.

Overall-excellent place to stay. Staff was very friendly, property was very clean, well maintained. Duece bus station right out front made it easy to get around. It is a time share property, but we told them not interested at check in and that was it. No pressure at all. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time had it. The room was unexpected. I thought we had paid for a studio, but we actually got a one bedroom suite very nice.

This is on the strip, ideal for conventions. Very nice, has everything you need without the casino noise and people always there. Very usable room for long or short stay. Building has all the essential if you just need a crash pad.

Pretty decent hotel. Hotel staff were great. Didn't spend much time in room or around hotel due to tournament. I will look to stay here again in the future.

Nice property, discounts in Marketplace were nice with the prices! Great walking distance of the Sahara, the Strat, and Curcus circus! Easy check in and check out!
