Stayed Feb 6, 2022Check in went ok until they sent us to the concierge for our room key. It took us 15 minutes of them trying to get us to schedule a sales seminar and our promise to think about it to get our room keys. Coffee for room was backordered, so we needed to buy our own. Stay met our expectations beyond those issues.

Stayed Jan 4, 2022The condo was just as described. The property had activities available for families and those staying on site. The owner had advised us after booking that this is a time share property, and to just say no if you did not want to hear the presentation. I travel often for work and was staying here as part of a work trip. I let them know this at check in and that we were NOT interested in a time share, or presentation. We felt very pressured to hear the presentation- which we told them 4 times that we were not interested and were just here for a short period to work and enjoy the property after work hours. The salesman- tried to shame us by asking if we were too rich (millionaires) to enjoy all the savings coupons and local discounts that he could give us -if we just took a little time to sit in on the presentation. We forcefully declined, asked for our room keys twice, and finally had to INSIST that he give us our room keys. The pool area was very nice. Although the balconies did not have a view the weather was pleasant and it could have been an enjoyable place to sit. I did encounter a lot of noise - you could hear people in the surrounding units and in the hallways. Although the property had opportunities for family activities, I was definitely glad I did not have my children on this trip. There were units all around us that were smoking marijuana on their patios and balconies. There were extremely loud guests that used horrible language in the parking lots, balconies and throughout the hallways. The guests that were staying below our unit were asked by the property security/staff at least twice to please keep the loud singing and music down. This made working on site almost impossible. All of the above mentioned issues are not a reflection of the owner of the unit, as I realize that disrespectful guests are out of their control. I just must say that I was disappointed with our stay. When I return next month to complete my work in the area, I will not be staying on the property.

Stayed May 13, 2021Jan was amazing to deal with! It was a easy transaction. Some areas of the resort needed repair and updating. But other than that we throughly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely book with Jan again!

Stayed Jun 17, 2018We’re locals but Stay at Wyndham several times a year! The kids love the amenities! The hospitality is great, and check in was smooth.
