Note : Two pools are currently under repair and are not expected to be in operation until late October 2024. One outdoor pool remains open however.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023This was our first trip to Newport, and we were very happy with the location and how walkable the town is. Our room was quiet and clean with plenty of space. We did not use any of the amenities but they were available to us if we wanted to.

Stayed Aug 28, 2022Everything worked out great for our trip. Location was perfect, property was clean and all staff we met were helpful. Would stay there again. Only complaint would be the AC was very loud when it kicked on.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022Great location. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on the water. They were responsive if we needed anything. Beds were very comfortable. Not super deluxe, but a very good family friendly place.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022This spot was perfect for our needs, a group of friends who travel to Newport every 4th of July. All agreed this location, close walking distance to the wharf but out of the line of summer traffic, was the best we’ve stayed in the last 4 years. We’ll be back!
