Great property, convenient to all of tourist area of Sedona. Great shops, restaurants and people watching. The chamber of commerce is very helpful. Love the energy of Sedona.

Beautiful property, great location, and plenty of amenities.

Room was clean and large with kitchen and dining area. Nice location. Walking distance to town with shops and restaurants. Pool bar was under construction but pool area was nice. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Place was a little outdated, but clean, and staff was very friendly. Rooms were quiet, had enough amenities and close to a lot of things in town. Great location.

Not what I was expecting. Some good and some not so good. I was surprised there was no elevator, so the family had to lug some heavy luggage up a flight of stairs. We were also surprised there was not a breakfast included, nor a place to eat breakfast at the hotel. There was a lot of construction happening at the main entrance, so let’s just say it was an interesting check-in experience using their training facility nearby.

Needs update and remove the musty cigarette smell.

We loved this resort!!!! Everything you need is right there. I wish we had booked more nights.

Beautiful property and surrounding landscaping. The rooms are spacious and there are many outdoor activities on the property grounds. My room had stunning views from the terrace. It's quiet, clean, well-maintained, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend and would book another stay there.

The property has it all. So close to dining and shopping, you never have to drive off site. The recreation area was amazing and we loved playing mini golf. We will definitely be back to stay.

Beautiful grounds with so many extras! Mini Gold, Racquet ball, Pickleball... Walk to Tlaquepaque for shopping and dining. Staff at the resort were very friendly and the rooms were clean, comfy and big!

Hiking and shopping

Of course, they concierge wants to invite you to a 90 min presentation of Hilton Grand Vacation Club..I've seen them stretch out to more hours, so refused to commit to the sales pitch. Otherwise, wonderful stay

This was a great location for seeing Sedona!

Grounds are great. Pool was heated. Very centrally located to hiking and uptown area. As noted in other reviews the rooms are very outdated, we ended up having to change rooms due to it being very dirty. They do push for timeshare presentations but you just have to continually say no and finally drop it. Overall for the price a decent stay.

Convenient location. The place can probably use a remodeling - which they were doing to the restaurant and pool area when we were visiting. Overall, simple place to stay to lay our heads for hiking in the Sedona area. Hot tub was nice to have except it was not hot enough.

Centrally located and walking distance from everything was nice. Internet did not auto connect, had to reconnect each day. King bef was old and saggy, back and neck ached each morning and my husband only got 4-5 hours of sleep before he had to get out of the bed. We spilled a littlewater on the kitchenette floor, cleaned it up and lots of dirt on the paper towel. Cleaning crew may sweep, but they need to mop. Blacklight showed lots of funky stuff in the morter between tokes in bathroom. Dark/Black mold growing on two ventilations stations (bathroom and main living area). Room needs a renovation and if nothing else a deep cleaning. In hindaight we should have requested a room change, but the check in experience left us not wanting to go through that pricess again (they gave us a key that didnt work to room 217 bldg D, security came to help, come to find out someone already in that room and we were actually supposed to be in building G room 235). So, back down stairsnwith luggage, move the car, back ipstairs with luggage.) Black light also showed funky stuff on light switches my husband just reminded me of this.

Our host communicated very well and the room was clean and perfect for what we were looking for.

This is a great location and allowed us to go out each night without walking. The folks at Koala were excellent with their follow-up as well.

All was good except for the bar by the swimming pool was under construction.

Perfect location, amazing staff - so friendly and helpful, room was in the perfect spot - quiet building, balcony overlooking courtyard, easy walk to the pool and Oak Creek park. Very peaceful. If this room is available, do not hesitate, book it!! It’s a steal!!

Great stay - love the amenities at this location! We had our AC stop working for us and the response to our issue was amazing, both in timing and also in finding us another room while they fixed the problem. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay!

The pool bar was closed under construction. They were cuttnig tiles at 7:30 am every day which was noisy and the silica dust was horrible around the pool. The workers wore masks but to sit around the pool was not enjoyable.

The suite was very well appointed, spacious and stocked with everything including a stope top, freezer/fridge, dishwasher, disposal, plates & utensils, grilling tools, etc. There wasn't anything we needed that we didn't have.Shopping, including better restaurants than at the resort is next door. There are lots of cute shops and and under street connection to another across the VERY busy road.Our only complaint is how difficult it is to find your suite if you happen to first look for your suite when it is dark. The place is very poorly lit and it's really hard to find the building and suite numbers unless you get out of the car and walk up to one with a flashlight. My husband has a mobility issue, and there are no elevators and we were on the second floor requiring going up two sets of stairs because of the building we were assigned. We might have remedied this, and gotten a first floor unit, but the check-in was so fast (usually a good thing) that we didn't realize where we were and the handicapped parking was far away until it was too late to switch.We would return and just be clearer about our accessibility requirement next time. We would also avoid Spring Break because the traffic was awful once you left the resort and accompanying shopping/dining area.

Clean room with a very good location. Only issues would be the night lights that stay on all night. Bring some duct tape to put over them for a dark room.

One bedroom unit was nice, small kitchen but don’t bother cooking as there are so many restaurants to choose from. Beautiful Spanish themed resort, lots of shopping and things to do in Sedona.

It was in a great location. The amenities were amazing for a trip with a family.. The rooms diffently need updated. Overall it was a great few days with our teenage grandchildren.

Our accommodations were perfect for us! My ONLY detractor, would be that one of the pools was under construction while we there, BUT we had booked so many various tours we didn't have time to lounge about!

The property is great but the pool and hot tub were closed for scheduled maintenance our entire time. We should have been notified of that! We tried to contact the property owner but the phone number is not valid.

Complete bliss. It was the perfect place to get grounded for my seminar, shop a little, hike, make my own meals and hot tub to wrap up the day.Close to everything in Sedona. I will definitely be staying here again.

The rooms were dated but still clean. While we were there the one bar on site had a wedding so we were unable to sit at the bar and watch the football game

The condo had a touch of musty old smell. I did not realize this was a timeshare and I felt pressured to do the tour.

Very convenient to shopping, hiking and dining. The staff was very responsive to any issues. Very comfortable and quiet setting.

Time share was kept very clean; no housekeeping during stay. No communication with host only the hotel staff. Hotel maintenance staff needed to fix vanity light that wouldn’t turn off once turned on (above bathroom sink). Kitchen area was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. Mattress was not very comfortable. Convenient location!

Loved the room and location, complex was not well lighted at night and buildings need better signage

The signage was very tough to see when we were driving around at night. The building letters should be on the signs along with the room numbers. Lighting at night was rough. It was hard to get around.

Liked the location...right next to Tlaquepaque. Close walk to Oak Creek Brewery and Secret Garden Cafe. The unit was great with a very nice serenity view from our patio.

The location is excellent and within walking distance form the main part of town. This time, we got one of the recently refurbished rooms and it was nice. The kitchen is very small and lacks an oven. The lighting in the kitchen area is terrible and the wiring under the sink that supplies power to the dishwasher and disposal was incomplete. The maintenance person was quick to provide a fix until the contractor could make permanent changes.

Great location near lots of restaurants and activities. Very relaxing to use the pool after a warm day of hiking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Rooms very rundown. Carpet really dirty. The cement outside the room and the stairs were very dirty. Long long wait to check in. Screaming kids everywhere. Would not stay here again.

Property was perfect! Fun place to stay but unit had a little strange odor to it.

We stayed for a couple days to hike around Sedona. The apartment met our needs. The kitchen was smaller but mainly used it to make breakfast. The resort pool area made for a relaxing end to each day.

We had a great stay. The room was a perfect size for two adults. We didn’t need anything too spacious anyway, as we were outside of the room more than inside, so size was great. The room was clean and staff were professional and friendly. We would stay here again!

My bestie and I stayed here for a few days to explore Sedona. There are two pools (one for kids and one for families/adults), there is a bar at that pool- which we enjoyed. The lobby has cold filtered water which we used to fil up our camelbaks before morning hikes too. Parking was easy and the service of the staff was great. The bed was also super comfy and the room was clean. We even had a shade patio, which is what you want in June. The finishes are a little dated but everything is clean and comfy and basic in the apartment. We didn’t spend much time there anyways because we wanted to be at the pool or walking through the Tilaquepaque art shops and restaurants. There are a ton of yard games and pickleball but we ran out of time to do it all. Really liked the resort though and would stay there again!

This property was in the perfect location, right in the heart of Sedona. We walked almost everywhere. There were numerous restaurants and all were delicious..

It was a great experience and we loved the location.

The hotel was located in the middle of everything. You can walk to shops and restaurants. It was close to all of the trails we wanted to hike and everything was within a 5 minute drive. Very clean and nice place.

Location was ideal for me - easy walking distance to shops & restaurants. Staff were very courteous & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Cabinetry & counter tops are a bit dated but that did not detract from my wonderful stay there.

Walkable to downtown Sedona and located close to many trails for hiking. The resort has a superb service staff and the pool and workout room are first rate.

We really loved the resort. It was in a convenient location, loved that there were things to do in the property and the capability of texting the staff if you had any questions. Very convenient!

The resort is in the process of being renovated, and our rental was quite old and outdated. We were worried about security and having critters in our room given the door was open and unlocked when we arrived to our rental. We couldn’t open the window for fresh air at night because the screen was rusted and bent. Heavy sell on timeshare checking in. Yoga classes and pool were great!

4 nights we enjoyed the property. Location was ideal. Front desk and spa staff were very nice.

Property is in a great location with restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. Many amenities, pool, pickleball, mini golf, laundry, gym and spa…in addition to beautiful landscaping. The property currently has upgrades/construction happening. The room had a used hand towel left in the bathroom and was slightly musty smelling. This will probably be resolved with the upgrade.

the noise from the construction right next door to us, prevented us from sitting out on the patio to relax and enjoy the sunshine. other then that it was a very pleasant, clean place to stay. great location!

Property itself is terrific.Issues: Gym , very old equipment and tv's don't work.Room - clean, however, needs lots of maintenance, lights in bath flickering, toilet sometimes didn't flush so I had to play / fix a few times.No instructions for coffee maker and the coffee is sub par.We are Diamond Hilton members and when we checked in there was a banner stating earn Hilton miles but was informed the resort is not honoring the sign yet? We had a relaxing, amazing time, the only hiccup was the checking in part, as the computers were down nationwide. Loved our stay and am definitely coming back.

It was easy to walk or drive to uptown restaurants and shopping. Next to Secret Garden restaurant. Walk across the parking lot to Tlaquepaque shopping plaza. Pickle ball, mini golf, park, outdoor chess, hiking nearby. We will stay here again! Beautiful!prproperty with comfortable beds.

We have stayed at this property each March for almost 20 years; it is nice to see that improvements are being made. It is a great location.

Los Abrigados is a wonderful place to stay while in Sedona. It centrally located, near all the restaurants and shops! The property is beautiful and well maintained. We loved the pool and hot tub and the pickleball courts are in great condition. The one bedroom unit was roomy with a living room, eating area, kitchenette and patio. Good size bedroom. Will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We could walk to many restaurants and activities - and everything else was just a short drive away.The only downside is this is a time share resort- so they will try and get you to attend one of their presentations. They were very nice about us saying no to the presentation, but I didn't expect to even be asked about it to begin with.

Have stayed in a variety of places in Sedona, and our stay was by far the best. Great pool, fitness area (including sauna and steam room), and walking distance to restaurants were highlights, and the condo itself had great space and the bed was very comfortable.

This is a perfect get away for a couple. Location is excellent and walking distance to all great spots. Traffic in Sedona is congested so being able to avoid it is a must. There are numerous restaurants and places to explore within 1/4 mile of the property. The interior of the condo is dated but it’s clean and comfortable.

We booked this last minute when we decided to extend our trip out for a wedding. We lived the property. Very walkable to everywhere. Our time here was very relaxing. We intend to return soon!

Stayed 5 nights in a suite with private patio. All necessary amenities. The facilities are excellent (although a little dated. They are in the process of remodeling). The gym/spa/yoga studio areas and locker room were better equipped and cleaner than any club I’ve belonged to and any other hotel I’ve visited. Everything was included (yoga, sound bath, fitness, pool/hot tub. Staff were excellent. Location was great, able to walk to several shops and restaurants.

My friend and I had a great time! We enjoyed the location, the pool, sauna, and onsite restaurant!

Better than expected

Wonderful stay. Enjoyed the resort everyone was very nice and the property is quite lovely. The fact that it was walking distance to Uptown was a great bonus. Looking forward to returning .

Had a great stay in Sedona. A very comfortable place to stay while we explored the area. It was nice to have use of all the amenities at the resort (we used the pool, spa, yoga & laundry).

Los Abrigados is in a great location. Easy drives to several beautiful locations. The grounds of the resorts are beautiful lots to do on the grounds. The rooms are definitely dated but we were told the are going to start a big renovation project to update the rooms.

The property was just aquired by Hilton. They are working on updating all rooms. Everything was clean and the grounds are well cared for FYI, this is a timeshare property and you will be asked of you want to participate in a dicussion. No pressure to say no. Staff was very nice and the amenities were great!

I was a bit surprised at check in when I had to fill out a form asking questions about my reservation. Apparently we had rented what I thought was a VRBO, but instead it was a time share posted under the VRBO website. Thankfully it all worked out well, but in the future I will be more careful - as should the VRBO site.

I am so glad we stayed here. The location is perfect, right at the beginning of town. The resort has a beautiful gym and pool. You can use the pickleball courts and mini golf if you get tired of hiking. We were also right in the middle of all the best trails so we got in a ton of hiking. When we come back, I would love to stay here again!

Los Abrigados is a very nice property, located centrally in Sedona. We've stayed here many times and have enjoyed the location along Oak Creek, with nearby restaurants, a pool and other amenities on the property.

This is a very large property in easy walking distance of places to eat. The area near the creek was very pleasant to walk or sit and read. The common areas were well-maintained. Overall, it was a very casual, relaxed setting.
