Room Types are based on size (Studio, 1/2 Bedroom), location (Beachfront/Courtyard), and elevation (Ground/Second Floor). All efforts are made to accommodate room requests but these cannot be guaranteed and may be moved to a comparable room type. Photos may not be of identical room but are of comparable room type and description.
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. No dates will be held for reservation requests in which no deposit has been paid or without express written consent of Manager. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit and receipt of Booking Confirmation. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure accuracy of dates confirmed. After booking confirmed, rates or dates of reservation will not be adjusted for any newly published rates applicable to dates of existing reservations.
Standard payment schedule is payments are due 50% due at time of booking and 50% due 60 days prior to check in unless otherwise previously arranged. When reservations are booked and paid directly through third-party website, any additional payments due will be requested and must be paid through the website used to book. Service fees depend on website used to book reservation and are paid directly to website at time of booking and not paid to owner/manager. As a result, total amount due included in the Booking Confirmation does NOT include service fees nor can these be refunded or adjusted by the Owner/Manager.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be initiated in writing by the guest through website in which they booked. Cancellation requests received prior to 60 days from arrival date will receive a refund minus one night's rent plus tax. Cancellation requests received inside 60 days from arrival date for cancelling the entire or portion of a reservation, refunds of deposits or full payments, no shows or early departures after check-in will result in a 100% loss of all funds remitted to Bali Hai Beach Resort. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may opt to move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights for non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.
Trip/Storm Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance including comprehensive trip cancellation insurance due to unforeseen eventualities including hurricane or tropical storms. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th. Weather or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be given from monies which have been paid or for providing lodging elsewhere unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations. For any day(s) that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order for in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently staying; any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the “Warning” is lifted; and any advance rents collected for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Warning” period.

My husband and I took a last minute trip to Anna Maria Island; when we found this gem available, I booked on the spot and it did not disappoint! From the location, updates to rooms/decor and a breathtaking sunset, it was a great choice. Walk right on the beach, enjoy umbrellas, beautiful landscaping and we even got a massage before leaving the next day. We plan to come back!
The picture in the listing wasn’t what our room looked like but it did state it might be a different room. But the room we did have was great and updated. They have some rooms facing the beach, some facing the pool/courtyard and some facing the side parking lot so pay attention when you book. Big shower, microwave and mini fridge was great. Comfortable bed with lots of really nice pillows, not the flat ones you’d usually expect at a hotel. Lots of free on demand movies on the tv and great location close to restaurants and bars. Definitely would come stay again.
