Canyons Village Studio at Base with Full Kitchen

The elevators were not working the property ac was hot or cold not working properly!

Great little place and location for a couple days skiing. Super easy access to the lifts.

The property was beautiful and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating!

Had everything I anticipated.

The host was welcoming. Check in before 6pm was difficult as there was no one at reception. A man in front of the hotel said to drive up to Sun Dial to pick up our keys but our keys weren't there. Drove back to lobby to locate the black box with a hitch which was confusing since there was a black box wall safe also, which wouldn't open. Better if it was described as black box for index cards. Drove to parking and there were no signs to indicate way to Silverado hotel elevators. Tried elevator which took us to residential units and elevator 2 was broken for our entire stay. Eventually, we found our way to handicap ramp which lead to hotel. All in all, it took over an hour to check in and was frustrating. More signs please for next time.

The hosts are great, easy to get around the villiage, public transportation is easy.

Excellent location, easy parking, easy access. Property was well stocked, excellent amenities and very comfortable.

Came for a short stay for a day trip at park city. Pros:- Location - Parking garage - Shuttle to lift Cons:- Host very unresponsive - The facility staff were exceptionally rude and treat their VRBO customers like second-class citizens - very thin walls - elevator broken (nightmare with gear and bags)

We had an enjoyable stay and found the accommodations comfortable. The owner responded to a request for a couple of things that were missing (rubber mat for shower and extra bedding) which we appreciated. The building itself, seemed a bit old and dim. The sauna was broken the entire we were there and the elevators were out except for the last day, The location was pretty good but a good hike up to the lifts if you were carrying anything. The buses ran quite regularly in the morning which was nice.

Place was convenient as far as the location. Although had some problems but host was very responsive and tried to make the situation better. Elevator was out upon check in and they offered me a small refund.

The walk to the base village wasn’t bad at all for me (wearing snowboard boots). I made basic meals in the room and enjoyed some local dining options as well. The lower level garage parking is very nice. Staff was super helpful. I’d definitely stay at the Silverado again.

The overall set up was great. Cozy studio with great Kitchen. The gym, sauna, steam room, and heated pool made for a very relaxing stay
