Stayed Jun 16, 2025No communication. Couldn't get into our unit when we arrived til we found the cleaning lady. Deck hafn'been cleaned so I had to clean it with my snow brush. I asked for a broom lady said she didn't have one. No clean towels We were there for 4 nights. To extra toilet paper. I thought I had rented a condo . That was just a one room motel with 2 beds a half refrigerator a coffee pot and no coffee to make it with. Very disappointing and a big hole in the screen so I fixed it with bandaids so the chipmunk couldn't get in.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025We enjoyed our wintery stay! It was such a convenient location for the Birkie weekend. We booked with the property again for next year. No complaints with the exception of the fact that the hand soap and facial tissues ran out within the first use of both. Making sure the soap & tissues are properly stocked (especially during cold & flu season) would be appreciated.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Our stay in Hayward at Birch Point was very comfortable. Bed allowed for great sleep. Coffee good. Towels soft. great view of lake. Just what we were looking for was a place to stay that was clean and reasonably priced.
