Stayed Jun 26, 2025Location was great! Would have been great if it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There were several issues though. There was a big over grown plant over the sidewalk that was busted up and broken. Zero outdoor lighting. The garbages right outside of the bedroom windows were heaping full and smelly when we got there. Keys didn’t work. I’m not sure the place was cleaned before we arrived, cobwebs and dead bugs in every corner and along every baseboard, under and around every baseboard heater. Smoke detector was missing from ceiling in kitchen area. No mattress protectors.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025Up for Birkie weekend. Close to Hayward. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Would love to see the property in the summer!

Stayed Feb 21, 2025Luckily we mainly needed beds to sleep before and after Berkie. No couches or comfy chairs to be had, only a kitchen table. No TVs that worked, blew fuse in kitchen and clogged sink. But location is good and lots of potential once rehabbed. I think new owners jumped the gun renting this out!
