While the condo was what we expected (we had stayed in one 11 years ago) I did expect more amenities, one extra garbage bag, one roll of paper towels only 7 forks, 4 cup coffee pot. We had 10 people for 2 nights so was glad we brought a lot from home.

The property was nice and spacious. Plenty of parking. Unit was nice, comfortable and felt roomy even with a group of 6.We noticed a hornets nest and several bee hives on balcony, so we notified guest services. They said they’d send maintenance but can’t confirm if they came to spray or not as there were still lots of bees present. We chose to not use balcony. For a long term stay, we were supposed to get a room-refresh, but didn’t. The unit did not supply vacuum or broom/dust pan - which would have been nice as a long term staying guest. There were some site amenities that were closed, which was a bummer. My husband and I were looking forward to the Margarita Cantina but it was closed the whole time we were there. Water parks that were open were a ton of fun and we would definitely come back. They were clean and there was a lot to do to stay busy, rain or shine. The arcade was also a hit for our family. For dining, we really enjoyed being able to cook some of our own dinners in our unit. It was an excellent way to save money. We did grab lunch at the Kilbourne. Food and drinks were delicious. Overall, our stay was memorable and we will definitely come back again!

We had an excellent stay with our family in june. 10 of us fit with room to spare! The condo, and the entire Chula Vista Resort are spotless! Also, communication with manager was instant! Will stay again!
