Great apartment in a perfect location for skiing Park City. Nice hot tubs for the end of a long day on the slopes. Super restaurants, boutique stores and town nearby. Just perfect.

Fully equipped with washer dryer and laundry soap. All items needed as if you lived there. No housekeeping service while we were there but we could call down as ask for more sheets or towels. It didn’t bother us really. Amazing amount of room for a family of four and so many options for sleeping arrangements and sitting and relaxing. Super close to Main Street.

Phenomenal location. Steps from Town Lift and Main Street. Dozens for great restaurants within a short walk. Pool and amenities were great for the family.

Marriott’s Summit Watch in Park City is the perfect ski-in/ski-out destination! The location is unbeatable, right on Main Street, with easy access to dining, shopping, and, of course, the slopes. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, making our stay even more convenient. The hot tub and pool were a fantastic way to unwind after a day on the mountain. Another huge plus was the underground parking—no need to clean snow off the car or struggle with luggage and ski gear. Overall, an excellent stay with all the comforts and conveniences we could ask for. Highly recommend

This was so convenient. All the amenities of a hotel but with the extra space of an apartment. It right on Main st close to everything and the lift is 2mins away. Fantastic spot!!

The room was perfect for our stay of two couples. We each had our own private bathrooms and bedrooms with a gathering area and kitchen in the middle. The location at the base of Main Street was perfect. The skiers were able to walk right onto the lift. Staff was very friendly. Lovely stay!

Across from Town Lift, Park City at Marriott Summit Watch time share unit, right in Old Town Park City with walk to restaurants, bars, theatre and galleries. Fantastic!

Highly recommend this property for a family stay in Park City. The location was ideal for both skiers and non-skiers. Easy access to the Town Ski Lift as well as all the shops and restaurants along Main Street. The property itself provided more than enough space, the amenities were delightful, and the staff was amazing.

Perfect in town location with amenities including free ski valet, pool and kitchenette all to allow for the perfect ski week. The town lift was walkable as was shopping and many great restaurants. If your kids were in ski school you will have to take a shuttle to get them there in time. All the staff were great !

We had a great time. Cannot beat the location and the room was comfortable and had everything a family of four needed.

Marriott Summit Watch is centrally located to everything Park City has to offer with the Town Lift just across the street. The unit we stayed in was so large and a great home base for the week.

The positive was the size, it was HUGE for the price and IF you are skiing PC from door to lift, it's 2 minutes. I didnt know PC wasn't IKON only Deer Valley, huge fail on my part. Our issues were 3 fold. 1st - We were on the side of the highway and there were cars non stop zipping up and down along with snow plows and the occasional siren. My home is much quieter, but others may not have an issue with that, for me, I really don't like the noise on vacation. This could be solved by having a room on the other side. 2nd - it's like a hotel room. It's not cosy, there are no blankets or much of anything, all very cheap stuff and the building itself reminds me of a 3.5 star hotel. 3rd - the master bath shower has black in the grout in many places. I dont know if it was mold or a build-up of soap scum but there is no way it should have been there. I just left it alone and didn't complain but it should not have been there.

The condo was surprisingly large and more than accommodated my family of five. Perfect location to Park City Sports, Town Lift and all Main Street activities. The activities center was a hit with the kids. Overall outstanding experience!

The property and location were perfect, extremely convenient!

Our rental was in an amazing location and close to everything. It was spotlessly clean, well-stocked and spacious. It also had the most comfortable beds and pillows. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The unit with the lock off unit was perfect for us. We had a car and the access to the garage and parking directly under our unit made it very easy to get stuff in and out of car. We did not Ski at Park City because of the Ski Patroll Strike. But you walk across the street right to the Town Lift. It was an 8 minute car ride to deer valley where we skied.

Spacious 2 bedroom with an excellent location, convenient parking and good amenities for children. Multiple hot tubs, a heated pool and a game room that was convenient for kids. Properly is situated off main Street with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Properly was a quick and convenient drive to Deer Valley ski resort. Will definitely stay here with my family again.

Property is great location in downtown, close to all the restaurants/bars and walking distance to slopes. Room was well equipped with what we needed and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly with room to spare! The hot tub was perfect after long ski days and we love this location the best in Park City

Great location near everything.

Wonderful place with tons of amenities on the property, directly across the street from Town Lift … very easy walk, even in ski boots! Main Street has some extremely nice shops and restaurants close by. I highly recommend Marriott Summit Watch and plan to stay here again on my next trip to Park City!!! Thank you!
