2 Bedroom Condo Pilot House - Village of Baytowne Wharf - w/ 6-Seater Golf Cart

Beautifully furnished. Clean. Gorgeous balcony with lots of pool and beach amenities. Matt is incredibly friendly and communicative. Loved.

We enjoyed our stay and the golf cart was great to get around the property and to the beach. It was very convenient to enjoy Baytown Wharf. The balcony view overlooking the pool was beautiful. We love to cook and the bbq grilling area was excellent by the pool and hot tub. This unit could use some bathroom updates. Overall we loved our visit and the host was quick and kind to communicate with. Matt provided a very thorough welcome letter that made check in a breeze.

Overall, we had a great stay! The location is awesome being close to the wharf. The pool is AMAZING! The golfcart is amazing as well. The golfcart could use some maintenance on the wheels as they screech everytime you turn. The toilet in the guest bathroom had a broken handle so flushing was difficult. You had to hold it done really long and then sometimes it still wouldn’t flush. The couch in the living room is not comfortable to sit on. The back is too low and just not comfy. With a toddler napping daily we utilized that couch everyday for 2 hours and it was rough unless you were literally laying on it. None of this would prevent me from staying again, but just some things to note if you stay. They also provided beach chairs, some games, and books which was a nice touch.

Such a great room. Great to have access to the golf cart. It makes getting around the resort so much easier with small kids. The beds were very comfortable. Will likely rent this room again next year!

Fantastic condo, beds were comfy, and it was the perfect size for our family. The location was perfect, only a walk to the wharf for family activities and restaurants. The gold cart was perfect for going to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was well equipped and had everything we needed and the golf cart is an absolute must. Our two kids loved getting around in it. The main pool was closed a day and a half for tile work which I thought was a bit ridiculous being peak season. Seems like something that should have been addressed in the offseason but we just used the other pools so minor inconvenience. That said Matt was very attentive and timely with any concerns we had. The one thing I would note is the beach access. It is incredibly busy. I mean very very busy. I’ve been coming to Sandestin since ‘95 at least once or twice a year and I’ve never seen a beach there that busy. We would absolutely return since Baytown is a great location for our family with two pre-teens but wouldn’t come in the summer. To me it’s a great location for a fall trip unless large crowds on the beach don’t bother you, but that’s not a knock on the condo. Just lots of people using the same access. The condo itself and location to everything in Baytown was great just be warned about the crowded beach during the summer.

We had the best week staying at the pilot house! I would highly recommend to anyone. The location was perfect for our kids and the pool was amazing. Matt was easy to communicate with sent easy to follow instructions about the property. We would love to book again!

Excellent location for our kick off to summer vacation! Baytowne Wharf was perfect for our teenager and her friend to explore while giving them some independence yet staying connected. They loved using the bikes to explore the resort and the golf cart made going to the beach a breeze. We loved the nightly activities such as fireworks and drone light show in the wharf. Owner was highly responsive to questions about condo and area.

The location of the Pilot House can’t be beat. And the golf cart was perfect!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4. The location to the Wharf was my favorite part! So easy to come and go as needed, and avoid the evening parking mess! The golf cart was perfect to get around Sandestin and we loved the speakers to be able to listen to music. Overall, everything was amazing and we would visit again with this listing!

This was a great place to stay. So much to do right outside your door and the golf cart was a great bonus to go to the beach or run over to Grand Blvd for dinner or shopping. Room was very clean and updated. No worn out furniture. Pool area was a little small but it did the trick and workout area was fine. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
