Stayed Nov 12, 2023This was a resort that sold timeshares, BUT we didn't know that. During the check-in process, the receptionist said she couldn't program our keys so we had to go to the other side of the lobby to get the keys programmed by someone else. Then the person responsible for getting us our keys offered us a free vacation if we would just listen to a 90 minute presentation. We told her NO four times. Finally, so we could get to our condo, we agreed to it. When we got to the condo, the sheets on the king-size bed were dirty (make-up still on the pillowcases). We called the front desk and they brought down a new set of sheets. We ended up staying in the other bedroom with two queen beds. There wasn't enough parking outside of the unit and we ended up parking two buildings away and walking. We loved the Gatlinburg area, but this resort needs to pay attention to the little details of the units. Not sure who rented this unit out through VRBO, but they need to not backdoor people like me who have no idea they are going to be pressured to go through a timeshare sales presentation. We told them NO on the presentation and they try and make you feel guilty. I think I now know why this property had no reviews. This one will probably get deleted.
