Stayed Mar 7, 2024Everything was lovely except very pushy sales staff that work for Club Wyndham who made us put down a reservation hold with a credit card for a sales tour. We checked in late at night and we had to talk to them to get our bands for the property. I had a crying baby and two small children with me and they wouldn’t let me leave with my bands without reserving the tour. They assured me it was a fully refundable deposit. I felt very taken advantage of because it was late at night with a crying baby who needed a diaper change and two small kids. Additionally they put it on a different day then we had “agreed” upon and they called our room over and over again waking up our girls on the day we were planning to sleep in. Then they called my cell phone over 6 times to try and get me to do the tour. The vrbo host and all other Wyndham staff were great but the employees on the sales team use unethical sales tactics in my experience.
