Stayed May 17, 2024Pros: Location- if you want to go to Peabody, Ocean Center, or of course the beach. Pool- different options for pools and there is a lazy river. Music playing. Very nice. Front desk- very nice and helpful Kitchen-nice to have and they had everything utensils all there for you Cons-SMELL really don’t know how to describe it. Old musty smell. It’s pretty powerful throughout the hallways and room itself. The hotel is old and the amount of partying and people staying over the decal has taken its toll on the property. We left and went and purchased cheap pillows at Walmart. The smell and lack of updating on the hotel is very noticeable. Check-in— front desk staff was super friendly but then they send you to get your mandatory bracelets and a team of very pushy sales people try to get you to purchase timeshares. Poor older man next to us was being pushed and pestered so badly by two salesman he finally tried walking away only to be followed by one of the men. If you decide to book here and are used to staying at a motel or lesser quality hotel the location may outweigh the cons but don’t forget I warned you of that smell.

Stayed Feb 9, 2024Our stay was great! It was a little too cold to spend much time in the ocean but there were two big hot tubs on the property we really enjoyed. There was also a Jacuzzi in the room. This is a hotel, so the room number can vary but we stayed on the 25th floor, which is the top. There was a great view of the city with the bridges as well as the beach. We received wrist bands which allowed us beach access and parking garage access which was included. There are restaurants within walking distance. The concierge was very helpful with recommendations as well. I only wish we could've stayed for more than a weekend.
