Denise thinks if everything. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, aft towels, etc. wonderful walking distance to shops and restaurants. We always stay here when in Beaufort. Thanks again!

We has a lot or restaurant choices close by, a beautiful and quaint town that was awesome and we took a cart tour that was very informative. We both needed rest so we got that and iverall it was a good weekend!! The cottage was very nice for 2 people and our puppy!!

The cottage was cozy and comfortable. The host have thought of everything you may need to feel at home.

My husband and I truly enjoyed the stay! It was a wonderful place to stay. We had just the right amount of space for us and our fur baby. We loved that we were in walking distance of a great breakfast place as well as downtown. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a welcoming stay and convenient location.

Great place to stay and very conveniently located a short stroll to downtown through a beautiful neighborhood. Cozy clean cottage with great amenities and private courtyard. Really made for a nice vacation!

Our cottage was well located within walking distance of Bay Street. Unfortunately, it rained for most of our stay. Thankfully, the cozy cottage stayed dry and had all the amenities necessary to keep us comfortable. Great location for dogs. It’s not easy finding fully fenced in outdoor space.

Outside could use a little picking up. Amenities need to be refreshed i.e. beach chairs, grill.

The name fit the accommodations. It was a perfect location for our stay in Beaufort. The accommodations were very welcoming and just what we were looking for.Denise provided easy instructions for checking in and out. She was very prompt when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cottage.It is a great place for a couple to spend a short getaway.

The bikes were great, gas grill, fire pit fantastic. Only negatives, broken chair on front porch dangerous, rug in front room dirty and should be replaced, bed could certainly be up graded. The location can’t be beat. Thank you

We loved the cottage and the location. Just a short walk to the town which has some great restaurants and shops. Only an hour away from Savannah and Edisto Beach. Denise, the host, was very nice. If we come that way again I would stay here!!

Everything was lovely

Denise’s “Sanctuary Cottage” was my refuge from Hurricane Helene. It was such a bright spot for me after leaving the wreckage in Augusta Georgia. The cottage was perfectly appointed with everything I could possibly need!!f I had my small dog with me, we walked to the marina and the downtown of Beaufort.everyday. We had the best time!! I can’t wait to visit again!!

Fenced in court yard!

Great location made for an easy walk to the waterfront. The absolute only thing I would suggest would be to trim back the growth on the fences. Otherwise, was excellent! Enjoyed our stay!

It was very good! Also brought our 14lb. Shih-Tsu. Hostess was very personable and responsive & looking forward to going back!

This cozy cabin is close to almost everything to see in Beaufort. Lovely place.

The cottage was nice and secluded, even though you were in town. Very quiet even at night. Easy to walk down town if you wanted to.
