Stayed Nov 7, 2025The carriage house is exactly as described, it is a real gem. Modern, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, engaging artwork and the Blue chandelier. This one of the nicest vrbo’s we have stayed at. Property manager was also quick to respond when we had an issue with the door and cooktop. Plus it is an ideal spot for access to downtown Pensacola. Make sure you visit the Global Grill for dinner an Joe Patti’s for fresh seafood

The space is beautifully decorated and the hosts seem to have thought of everything to make it comfortable. We love the historical neighborhood and the easy accessibility to downtown Pensacola.
