Stayed Apr 23, 2025From check in to checkout, Charles was a great host! The room was perfect for our needs. Besides the amazing location we needed, it had all the amenities - full kitchen for cooking, laundry machines, and an amazing bathroom space (and more). The patio was shady and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property and will try and reserve it again when I come back.

Stayed Nov 26, 2024Overall, this is a cute little place and very private. We felt at ease coming and going. Charles the host is very friendly and easy going and can fill you in on a lot of happenings in the Tempe area. After the initial check in, we were left to our casita as I liked to call it. The casita is small but very comfortable. There is limited space for suitcases and clothes etc., so just keep that in mind. The neighborhood is very cute, and many people are out and about walking. Overall, it was a good stay.
