Stayed Oct 2, 2025Other than water cutting off everything was great. We were able to talk to manager and get it right back on but was aggravated bc we were getting up early to go to Dollywood. The cabin was super cute and I loved it.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Arrived to a temperature in excess of 95 degrees. Air conditioner in the house was not on and the temperature outside was in the mid 90s. By 10 PM it was down to 82° in the house and the emergency number provided didn’t work.. The wireless Internet in the home also did not work. Was finally able to reach someone the next morning and they said they would get a maintenance person out to check everything out and be in touch with me, but never did. A couple days later, I reached out to them again, requesting a refund for at least one night of the stay. I was told that they couldn’t leave the air conditioner on because of fire hazard. If that is the case then they have no business renting this home in the summer when it’s hot outside.

Stayed Dec 15, 2023The property was very cute but I did have a few small issues. The pull out couch was not a pull out couch and was not as pictured. My toddler barely fit on the couch to sleep. The microwave didn’t work and if you touched it, it would almost fall off of the hole cut for it. There were no trash bags. Overall it was a nice place just a few small inconviences.

Stayed Nov 2, 2023I stayed at The Tiny Barn for a weekend getway and solitude. This was perfect for just me, or even if i were to come back with my husband! It was a bit cold, but there are plenty of blankets provided, and i backed plenty of sweaters, so i was able to stay comfortable! The only item i would amend, seeing as how i was alone, the windows with sheer/see through curtains made me a little cautious at night. I know im in the middle of nowhere, but still ?

Stayed Oct 8, 2023Lovely cabin, with everything we needed. Lots of outdoor activities in the area during the day and we ended the nights at the fire pit!! We will be back!!
