Note:
The Peregrine Suite is located in a beautiful home like atmosphere below a chiropractic clinic, with a private entrance and dedicated driveway and parking space, conveniently located on the right side of the clinic. This is a hotel style suite and does not have a kitchen & there are no shared spaces.

The Guest shall be required to pay a refundable $500 Damage Deposit amount when with VRBO, and sign a rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy Note: Please be aware that a 5% administrative fee is non-refundable should you cancel your reservation at any time.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Just a heads-up—Kodiak’s wild beauty comes with unpredictable weather! Flights and ferries are sometimes delayed or canceled due to fog, wind, or rough seas.

These disruptions are common and don’t qualify for refunds outside our cancellation policy. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip. It can cover delays, cancellations, or interruptions—giving you peace of mind before and during your stay.

PET POLICY:
WE HAVE A STRICT NO PET POLICY AT THE THE PEREGRINE
*Not disclosing your pet(s) will result in a cancellation of your stay without refund. If the Guest is found to have unauthorized pet on the premises, your reservation and any damage deposit shall be forfeited.

*Please remove your shoes before entering the suite to prevent tracking in mud and rainwater.

*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Peregrine. A $500 room recovery fee will be charged to guests who fail to comply.
