The lofty perch definitely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, tranquil location. Lovely accommodation which was beautifully decorated and offered many little touches which we really appreciated. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. A bit of a drive to the nearest restaurant recommended by the hosts which was very nice. However you could prepare your own food as the accommodation comes with a generously sized kitchen as well as laundry facilities. No hesitation at all in highly recommending this property.

As advertised, a very quiet secluded,well equipped facility. Attention to detail is second to none.Very clean,comfortable,Plenty of extra towels, pillows .Directions were very easy to follow.View of the ocean and the secusion makes for a prefect getaway location.Brian was there to meet us on arrival,told us all about the place and reminded that if anything was needed he was just a call away. I would recommend this place to anyone .My wife and I have stayed in numerous Air B&B's arcross the country,but none better than this.

Overall a great property and great hosts.Really enjoyed our stay and could'nt ask for any better.

Exceptional experience for us staying at the Lofty Perch! Absolutely loved it.

Beautiful property! Very quiet. Clean, with all amenities, looks like brand new. View is great from the huge deck. Is a little off the beaten path, but good access, with nature all around. Has Wi-Fi access as well as washer and dryer. Ability to climb the stairs up to the deck and entrance is required.

It was a perfect bnb, had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful host. Gorgeous sunset view to top it off!

Ideally located to visit Terra Nova and trails. The loft is beautifully decorated and I felt at home. Very clean apartment, had everything we needed to use as a base and kick back and relax. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would move in if I could. Highly recommend!

What an amazing spot to stay for the last leg of our NL trip. Everything a travelling couple could need, was provided, as well as little touches of generosity from Brian & Anna Mae.

Calm and beautiful setting. We loved our stay at the Lofty Perch. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and really tastefully decorated. Our wonderful hosts stocked the loft with anything we could possibly need.

The photos on the website are accurate but somehow the Lofty Perch seemed even nicer in person. I was fortunate to have beautiful weather so I spent long days out exploring in the park, kayaking, and hiking followed by dinner on the deck, watching the sunset. But I would have been very comfortable hunkering down inside with a good book had it rained for part of my stay. As a solo traveler, it was reassuring to have the owners right next door. They greeted me when I arrived and were available if I needed anything, but everything I could have wanted for a short stay was provided. I appreciated that they respected my privacy.

My family and I had one of the best times ever in our many, many years of travel staying at the Lofty Perch. The house, furniture, appliances, everything in the house was top notch. We could have stayed for weeks and still felt right at home! The hosts were available when needed, and their attention to detail was quite obvious. The location was perfect, quiet, beautiful views and so close to the National Park for hiking, boating, fishing, etc. We hope to travel back soon to experience this perfect place.

Brian and Anna Mae are wonderful hosts. The cabin they built is gorgeous 😍 and so clean! We were very happy with our stay!

The loft was pristine and well equipped with anything you may need. Tastefully decorated to give it a country cozy feel. We met the hosts who are beautiful, friendly people. We would definitely stay there again if vacationing in the area.
