This spacious 800 square foot studio guest house is new and is an open floor plan with high ceilings. There is a full bathroom, king size bed on main floor and full kitchen with full size fridge and freezer. We are just one mile from Main Street shopping(The Hill Country Mile) and close to the city walking trail. There is free Wifi and a smart TV. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and a DVD player. There is a pool in our backyard but because of safety and insurance it’s not accessible to guests.

Stayed Apr 25, 2019The Little Red Barn was absolutely adorable. Such a unique property! Plenty of room and thoughtfully laid out and decorated. A beautiful garden setting. Peaceful and a quick drive to the downtown offerings of Boerne. I recommend it to anyone!

Stayed Jun 30, 2025I was in town for some medical infusions at my Dr office. The place is at the end of the road. Nice and quiet. Barn was exactly the way they described it. Very room and comfortable also. I have to go back once a month for my treatments. I will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, peaceful stay close to town. Loved to see the chickens right outside the window. They never made a peep. Everything went smoothly, no need to contact the hosts but knew they were available.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024My husband and I so enjoyed our stay in the little red barn! It was all as listed and true to the description. The hosts were thoughtful with details such as leaving a list of local restaurants with their locations and days that they were open specific to our trip and having the shower in the bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and using the tecord player in the evenings. We would highly recommend this place to stay!

Stayed May 31, 2024Really cute barn, super comfortable king bed, loft for extra quest and full kitchen. We will definitely stay here again. So close to town too!
