Stayed Oct 20, 2025The FROG was absolutely perfect for our getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice within walking distance to restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the YouTube TV so we could watch the game.

Stayed Oct 18, 2025The FROG was the perfect stay for our overnight anniversary trip in Asheville. Matt was great to communicate with, check-in was super simple and everything was well organized and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for the night and the higher end appliances made our stay feel like home. The bed was so comfortable, the best nights sleep at a VRBO ever! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and left us feeling energized and less stress. Thank you Matt for thinking of everything to make our stay so wonderful!

Stayed May 7, 2025Matt is an exceptional host and all around great guy. The house is in a great location -- close to everything but in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood (a little too close to Jeremiah's Italian Ice which we ended up visiting several times!) Our small pup could not have been happier and we really felt like it was a home away from home. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024We just dropped our son off at UNC-A. Matt’s place was cute, clean, comfortable and convenient to UNC-A, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. Our dog enjoyed the walks. Thanks for the helpful binder with tips!

Stayed May 16, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at the FROG! It had everything we needed, and Matt was very helpful with suggestions, both verbally and in his very detailed and helpful manual. The place was very clean and fresh smelling upon arrival with fresh flowers on the table, and a variety 4 pack of been in the fridge to quench our thirst after a long day of travel. It was wonderful that it was dog friendly so we could bring our 2 fur babies with us as well. The location was perfect for us, being in between the city and some friends that we visited during out stay. Also use of the laundry facilities was very helpful after being caught in some rainy weather. We would definitely recommend this quaint place to others and would stay there again.
