Stayed Feb 13, 2026Jenn was a great host! Her guest house is very cozy. We really enjoyed the games and record player. Plus, it's a quick walk to get good!

Stayed Sep 1, 2025The guest house exceeded expectations. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped. Beds were very comfortable as was the living space upstairs. Loved the big rain shower in the bath. Great location with easy street parking. Walk to the grocery store or several restaurants. Very good value!

Stayed Apr 18, 2024The house is spotless, bright and airy in a really cute neighbourhood convenient to lots of things. The living area is absolutely lovely with windows overlooking sky and treetops, comfortable seating and a pretty and well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this house! One of the nicest I've ever stayed in!

Stayed Aug 10, 2023We absolutely loved our stay while moving our son into college recently. We truly felt like we were in a home, there was more than enough space for all of us and loved the location - walking distance to great restaurants and easy to get everywhere we needed in the Denver area! Jennifer was extremely responsive! We can't wait to be back for another visit.
