This studio style guest house is the perfect place to stay while away from your home. There is nothing better than having everything you need in one large, cozy room. The room includes two beds: 1: Queen size; 2. Full size (from our couch). Outside your room is a full deck that overlooks a swimming pool. If swimming isn't your preference, then relax under the patio lights taking in stars. Home is situated (separate structure) behind main residence in the beautiful Serenada Neighborhood. <

Stayed Aug 25, 2024This outstanding studio is very comfortable and was convenient for our stay described exactly as listed. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of deer roaming about. Chris and Melissa are perfect hosts. Any requests were granted immediately and communication with them was seamless. This will be our go to spot on all our trips to the Georgetown area. Stayed Mar 14, 2024This gem is tucked into a beautiful neighborhood! (Watch out for deer when driving through the neighborhood) The guest house was incredibly clean and cozy. All contact with Christopher was clear, welcoming and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.
