Stayed Dec 1, 2024Once you get past the fact that parking in Newark is horrible. The place was great. Small but great for our needs. Quiet neighborhood with good eats nearby. About 10 minutes to the airport and Newark Penn station. Had to oark about 3 to 4 blocks away but other than that, great communication and rental. Bed is very hard. No stove but knowing that going in was great as we could modify store essentials. Would definitely use again!

Stayed Sep 27, 2024Overall great stay. The place was in a nice Portuguese community and was small and simple, but really served us well! For some reason some of the checkin information wasnt showing up correctly in the app, but the host was able to resolve quickly after messaging them, I hope they can fix this in the app itself soon. If you're planning on staying here, beware that you should NOT be out walking around outside past around 2am every night. We were warned by locals about this our first night and later unfortunately missed a bus and had a scare ourselves. Definitely a great stay as long as you keep this in mind.

Stayed Oct 9, 2023Stayed here for a quick Business trip and it was perfect. Its about the size of a small hotel suite with the mini kitchen, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a third of the price compared to hotels in the area with bad reviews, so this was ideal!
