What a great find close to the center of town and our family. The property is lovely and feels private. It is clean, well stocked and maintained with care and love. Will definitely return.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the garage apartment. It was a lovely combination of old charm meets modern amenities. The apartment was furnished with everything needed for both short or long term stays. The grounds were well kept with beautiful mature trees. The host, Mike, was quick to respond and greeted us personally when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

We had the opportunity to meet our hosts who were very welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk from Plant St, a delightful street of restaurants and shops.

This is an older but well kept and clean above garage apartment. It was nicely decorated. Our issue was there were 2 beds and a futon but the futon could not be opened and used and we had 3 adults. One person had to sleep on the futon unopened which was not very comfortable. I would like to have known this issue prior.

Friends came to Winter Garden to train for upcoming bicycle tour because of direct access to the West Orange and South Lake trails and the town of Winter Garden with numerous restaurants and breweries

The whole area is cool. The apartment was cool. I feel cooler now that I did before I stayed here.

My wife and I spent 9 nights at the Winter Garden Guesthouse. The accommodations were wonderful. We wanted a place that would allow us to walk to downtown Plant St. The Guesthouse is .6 of a mile away. A brisk walk took about 12 minutes and a leisurely stroll only took 20 minutes. Lakeview Ave has sidewalks on at least one side of the street and the walk is through a very nice, safe neighborhood. I felt completely safe walking home one evening around midnight. I have never stayed at a place that had everything so very well documented. Each cabinet and drawer was labeled as well as every light switch. It made it very easy to find things. The bathroom was extremely clean. Although it only has a single sink, the counter top on each side of the sink was very wide and allowed my wife and me to share this bathroom very comfortably. They provided two bicycles for our use during our stay. Although my wife and I do not cook when we are on vacation, the kitchen seemed very well stocked. There were several bookcases in the living area with a couple of hundred books and magazines to read. We had one minor issue with the bathroom sink draining slowly. We reported it to Mike and within 10 minutes he was up and had it repaired. All in all a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this place and if we return to Winter Garden, we would most definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at this property in a quiet neighborhood with tons of charm when we came to.meet my new granddaughter in nearby Minneola. This above-garage apartment had some many nice personal touches, and the hosts were so nice and helpful every step of this fun experience! Unbearable location for a great price!

Quiet and great proximity to downtown Winter Garden.

My husband and I fell in love with Winter Garden and this spacious apartment offers you the real feel to be part of this beautiful town/community. The apartment is so close to the down center yet in a quiet nestled neighborhood and in walking distance to the board walk of Lake Apopka. The place is beautifully renovated and offers you about anything you would need to make your stay special, incl. 2 bikes the host offers up as part of your stay. Having the bikes available to us, made the stay extra special. We look forward to our next visit!!!
