Stayed May 27, 2024The property is perfect, it looks great in all the pictures and in real life it is even more beautiful. This is by far the best short term rental we have stayed at. Terry’s communications are top tear, she goes out of her way to accommodate our time line. We will be coming back for sure and recommending it to all our friends and family. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wow! Where to begin... This was the most perfect destination for a soul renewing retreat. Starting with the location, the distance is within all you want to see in beautiful Sedona. Terry made the most perfect suggestions which made the trip even more relaxing. From restaurants to hikes, she had us covered. Onto the property itself... Perfection! The amount of thought that has gone into this blissful oasis is unmatched. From floor to ceiling, wall to wall there wasn't a detail or item missing. I enjoy giving meaningful feedback where I can, which was requested. The truth is, there wasn't one thing I would change or could ever imagine being better. This property really is more amazing than the pictures could ever portray. If you are considering staying at the Sedona Penthouse, your only regret will be not staying longer :) Thank you again Terry and Duane.

We met the owner on our arrival and she went over every aspect of the this Beautiful Home! I would have to say it is better than the beautiful pictures. Stayed Sep 26, 2023I can’t say enough nice things about this space and Terry! The space is BEAUTIFUL and equipped with anything you would ever need. It’s a work of art and a very special place to celebrate or just relax and have fun. It was spotlessly clean. The location is great. It’s within walking distance of several hikes and very close to wonderful restaurants. Terry was quick to communicate and explained everything very well. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for something extra special.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I had a great time at the Sedona Penthouse. There are a ton of electronic items in the home (electric blinds, tub controls, in ceiling speakers, etc) and Terry spent a good 30 minutes explaining everything. Everything is also very neatly labeled in case you forget. The main bathroom is incredible and makes the stay worth it by itself in my opinion. We only stayed one night and had dinner reservations so we didn't really use the kitchen but there are pots, pans, utensils, brand new appliances, anything you would need in a kitchen. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future.
