Nice simple place. Very clean. Will plan to do it again in the future.
It was just perfect! Country feel yet close to town!
Semi-rural quiet setting that was ideal for great grandparents and an almost 4 year old to be together. As we were warned in the description, the loft as great for the child but not very comfortable for the adult.
Easy
Had a great stay here with family on mothers day weekend. The property is a brando unit, and is very well described in the listing. Comfy and cozy, slightly rustic, set off the busy roads with the occasional train rolling by (NICE!) Boys 8 and 5 loved the kid loft and the master bed was firm but very comfortable. VERY friendly orange barn cat, (he will walk in the unit if you’re not careful) but he also leaves with slight encouragement. Turkeys, chickens, and the rabbit were also a nice treat to see. Would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay at the barndominium. One barn cat kept us company the entire time, even guarded the front door for us and showed me around the garden. Haha. The driveway is well marked so coming in and out at night is fine. Our children loved the play area. Trains passing do sound noisy at night. We would certainly book again.
We enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful. My only complaint is I wish my phone call and text would have been answered. I texted the phone provided to ask a simple question and called, but I never got an answer.
Overall very clean unit and the kids loved the loft.
Our stay was very enjoyable, it was nice, quiet and was so easy to get back and forth to Santa’s Wonderland. It was a treat hearing the train pass by, our Grandson would run outside to watch every time it came by. The hot tub was simple to use and very relaxing. The cats were very friendly, especially the orange one. We hope to visit again.
Nice little barn converted to guest home. It is pretty far from campus but that makes it more relaxing. It’s clean, beds pretty comfy, just wish these places would stay away from microfiber sheets. Worked fine for us to come visit our son who is a student at A&M.
It was a quite, peaceful experience. Kids loved the two friendly cats, chickens and the rabbit. The property was not super clean/neat.; clutterness all around. Hot-tub was dirty - greenly water. Not enough toilet papers. There was not a hair dryer. Very improper painting in the house - we had to put it down not to show kids.
We were looking for something between Bryan and Caldwell, and this place provided that. It is a little bit off the road and close to railroad tracks. Please note the loft is really only sized for children. And there is no dining table inside. There are not a lot of dishes if you are planning to cook several meals. Fortunately we managed fine since we were only eating breakfast there. Due to cold temperatures we did not get to enjoy the outside amenities. The owner was quick to communicate with us which was helpful since we booked last minute.
Owners did a great job w communication and making our stay in Bryan a good experience. Thank you.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
If anything the description was modest. This is a very comfortable place, quite secluded. Very nicely equipped, great AC, comfortable beds. Its TX so the hot tub didn't get used, but I would definitely stay here again.
It was a great place for a weekend visit to B/CS.
We loved this place. Super cute and clean. My kids loved the animals!!
We only stayed one night, as we were just passing through town on a long drive. But I can’t wait to go back for a game or some other event and know how to find this perfect little escape for me and the kiddo. Love it!
My two teenage girls and I were impressed with how well equipped, comfortable and clean this one bedroom apartment with loft was. We also liked how quiet and and off the beaten path this place was. We would definitely stay here again.
Cute, out of the way, reasonably priced property. We were very close to College Station and other locations we visited while there for a Texas A&M commencement ceremony. Enjoyed our stay.
