Stayed Jan 17, 2026Second year enjoying this wonderful home! We loved spending a winter weekend here last year and had to come back- like living in a snow globe. Perfect location, walkable to town and restaurants but so secluded and peaceful. Host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with, a definite five star stay!

Josh was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The dock and firepit area by the lake are perfect for friend groups or families and you're only a 5-10 minute walk from water safari and shops/restaurants in town. Highly recommend!

Sure, I’ve explored Old Forge with the guys many times, but let’s just say my usual accommodations could generously be described as bachelor pad chic, lacking any actual chicness. This time, I pulled out all the stops and chose Joshua's place for our getaway—a decision that has officially redefined the term first-class experience. This spot is perfection on every level: it’s mere steps away from everything we need, with ample parking for sleds, and the trail system is so accessible, it practically rolls out the red carpet for us. I think it’s safe to say that if you're planning a getaway, this place isn’t just a must-rent—it’s a must-celebrate! I'l be back

The accommodations were clean and well-kept. The proximity to town and position on the lake were exactly what we were looking for. The views are stunning! Thank you, Joshua!! Stayed Oct 11, 2024Easy access with electronic locks, no need to meet anyone. Short walked to lake in the AM and watched sunrise come over lake. Walked to Breakfast then back home. Quick drive to many trail heads. Sat on the porch and saw the great setting and relaxed.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We loved the location of this property. It's walking distance to Water Safari. It's a little further to walk to Town, but not much, and my family made the walk. The house is large and beautiful. The backyard and deck are great. We'd stay again!
