This property is adorable. Cozy, quiet and perfect for a single person or a couple
Perfect place to stay near UWY campus! We were pleasantly surprised by this great place. It was very clean, well appointed, and perfect for two people. The bed was a little squeaky, but we still rested well. We will definitely stay here again!
Cute little studio right near the university. Comfy bed. Clean and updated. Easy to find and a great little breakfast place called 17th St Diner is only 7-8 blocks away. Downtown is the opposite direction 7-8 blocks. I hope to stay here again!
The property looked exactly like the photos, very comfortable for 1 or 2 people, and very close to University of Wyoming campus.
Cozy but spacious studio. Clean crisp towels and soft linens. Comfy bed. We only stayed one night but it seemed to have everything a person would need for multiple nights. Parking is along the street. Recommend finding it before dark so you can see house numbers and to decide where you can park. Close to UW and was very convenient for our activities there. We would stay here again!
Thank you Amy. We had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, large soaker/tub/shower. Would highly recommend if you ever need a place to stay in Laramie.
Was exactly what we needed and wanted. Nice. Clean. Small. Decorated so cool! Visited our daughter for parents weekend at the University and wanted a little place near downtown. We loved it! Walked downtown and around the university. Was a perfect 1 Block walk to see the homecoming parade too!
This place was beautiful. Very nice & clean & wonderfully decorated. Had everything we could need. It is located in residential area very close to main downtown. We really enjoyed our stay here.
My wife and I stayed here for a few nights and it was great. Clean, comfy, and a great location.
We were suprised by how nice the accommodations were! Check-in was very easy. Although we didn't use the kitchen facilities, they would seem to suit most needs. The bed, lounging area, and bathroom were quite nice. All the space was very clean. We will definitely rent here again! Two very minor recommendations I'd make are: brighter (LED) light bulbs in the bathroom ceiling and a night light between the bathroom and bed area.
This was a super cute place to stay in Laramie. It was easy to find and check in was easy with the code. The hosts answered all my questions pretty quickly and were very accommodating.
The property was an absolute delight! Quiet, private, very comfortable and well appointed. Zack greeted us when we arrived, and was very kind and welcoming. We plan to stay here again in the future!
This tiny studio was perfect for a couple or two people who don’t require a lot of space. It was just as described, checking in was simple, and the place was nice and clean. It was easy to find and the location couldn’t be more perfect (especially for me with my daughter living across the street!). It’s within walking distance of the University and different places along Grand, and only about a 3 min drive from downtown. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The negatives: 1. The studio is behind the main house, access requires you to walk along back of the house, which is fine, but in frigid temps the driveway was extremely icy. We arrived Friday afternoon and salt wasn’t put down until the following afternoon. I nearly had what could’ve been a bad fall. I just think it’s something to be cognizant of when having a rental property as this could be a liability for the owners. 2. The thermostat was turned up when we arrived with a sign that stated it could be turned up during our stay but to set it back to 68 upon departure. That’s wonderful, however, the heating elements weren’t great, and the temperature of the apartment never got above 70, even with the thermostat cranked to 80. I discovered on day two that the AC unit that was set up in an open window was inhibiting the internal temps from rising. I was able to remove that and close the window which did help slightly. Perhaps a space heater would benefit in the winter. 3. The only mirror in the bathroom is a very small vanity mirror, which isn’t ideal for getting ready, and makes it merely impossible for two people to be in the bathroom at one time. While I understand the angles of the wall make it difficult to place an actual mirror, I would suggest a full length mirror on the back of the door. And a couple extra towels in the bathroom would be nice. Honestly, none of these things would deter me from staying here again. As I mentioned, it was neat and clean and had a lot of nice qualities about it. So I would still recommend this place to anyone who needs a cozy little space for a short time, or even a long term stay for one person. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who has difficulty going up or down stairs as the entrance has a flight of stairs to reach it. I wasn’t given nor could I find any checkout instructions, which was a bit frustrating, so I had to wing it. I would suggest a booklet or an email to assist with these tasks. Thank you!
We’ve stayed in the summer and late fall. It is a comfortable rental with a kitchen equipped to let you do some cooking during your stay. Easy to checkin and very private.
Another great visit to this perfectly located property. A comfortable week long stay. Owners are quick to respond to any questions which may arise.. Highly recommend for one person or a couple.
The place was perfect for two. Very clean (and I’m picky about cleanliness) and quiet. The hosts greeted us but left us alone which was fine as we were so tired after driving all day. So much better than a hotel!!!. The place is in a campus/ rental area but was very quiet and we felt safe to walk around. We walked to Alibi stone fire pizza for an awesome pizza and artichoke spinach dip. Thank you for sharing your place.
As it is a college town, every available house, apartment and building is occupied. We found the accommodations clean & well presented, comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was older and surrounding homes needing updates, but we fared just fine.
This is an apartment over a garage and is very quiet and comfortable. The bed is also very comfortable and the location is great.
Perfect location for walking into town. Quiet and clean. Had a great stay!!
This was a lovely property and communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend!
Perfect for a weekend getaway.
Great location, very clean
