Private San Marco Studio – Walk to River, Dining & Shops

The Riverside Studio is a standalone guesthouse in San Marco, one of Jacksonville`s most walkable neighborhoods. It`s completely separate from the main house with its own private entrance, fenced backyard, and a dedicated paved parking spot right in front.

Inside there`s a queen bed, a fold-out couch for extra sleeping space, and a full kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware, a coffee bar, and everything you need to cook real meals. Not just a microwave and a mini fridge. Washer and dryer are in-unit, which makes a big difference if you`re staying more than a few days or traveling light for work.

Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The living area has a 55-inch smart TV with Roku and Chromecast built in. The backyard is fenced and private, great for relaxing outside or letting kids play safely. If you`re bringing a second car, there`s additional parking available by the house.

San Marco Square is a short walk from the studio with restaurants, coffee shops, and the St. Johns River walk. Downtown Jacksonville is about a 3-minute drive.

If you`re visiting for medical care, Baptist Hospital, Wolfson Children`s Hospital, MD Anderson, and Nemours are all within 3 minutes. Mayo Clinic is about 20 minutes out. Having your own kitchen, laundry, and a quiet private space makes extended treatment stays much more comfortable than a hotel.

If you`re in town for a Jaguars game, a concert at VyStar Arena, or an event at Daily`s Place, the stadium area is about 5 minutes away. You get the convenience of being close without the noise of staying downtown.

- Grape & Grain Exchange: Signature cocktails and local wines
- Southern Grounds: Coffee, sandwiches, and brunch
- Bearded Pig: Great BBQ joint with a nice outdoor area for couples or families

Jacksonville Beach is about 25 minutes. St. Augustine is about 40.

2️⃣ Smoking: Not permitted inside the unit or near entry doors. If smoking outside, please do so away from the entrance and dispose of butts in a sealed container before placing in the outdoor trash.

3️⃣ Overnight Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please ensure all guests are listed in your reservation.

4️⃣ Furnishings & Property Care: Please treat all furnishings with care and respect.

5️⃣ Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM ️

Extra charges may apply for:

✔️ Undisclosed pets or unregistered overnight guests
✔️ Damage or missing items
✔️ Other reasonable circumstances
