Enjoy Your private top floor guest house with fully equipped kitchenette, full bath, and two bedrooms! We are located in a quiet neighborhood right on the gulf with in a couple miles of a handful of beaches (including USA's #1 Siesta Key Beach)! We are also conveniently close to a dozen of grocery stores from Publix to Sprouts. The mall is right across the street and fairly close is Potter park with free access to a run trail, tennis courts, and low fee for their daily gym and waterpark/pool!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025The property was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable. The couch was really four hassocks and was very hard and uncomfortable. Some of the other furniture was not as pictured and the bathroom was very small. There were stairs to the place that could use some work and steps up to the bathroomand bedroom. We would not stay in that neighborhood again and I don’t know why a gym was listed. We did communicate since we arrived late each evening.

Stayed Feb 27, 2024We had a great stay. The place is clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The yard is lovely. We really appreciated all of the beach stuff, cooler, and other amenities. The location made it easy to get everywhere. Agi and family are helpful and kind.

Stayed Feb 18, 2024Very accommodating host! Place was super clean and very well stocked! Quiet neighborhood but close proximity to many beaches, restaurant's and stores. If we needed anything we just had to ask. Host family was around but never bothered us and always willing to provide suggestions. Only suggestion would be to upgrade washer and provide directions for cleaning dryer lint trap . Overall 2 thumbs up and would return and highly recommended!!!!
