Nestled inside our PRIVATE former horse pasture and now featuring a waterfowl pond is our beautiful guest house.

Our guest house is a fully furnished 400 SQ. foot tiny home with full-size appliances, private bedroom, loft, living room including a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The private bedroom on the main floor features a full bed with a closet. The loft area is open to the living and kitchen area with queen accommodations and a reading/sitting area. Our living area faces west for lovely sunset views, electric fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD player, and includes Direct TV. The property also has access to WiFi. The kitchen is fully functional to either cook a beautiful meal at home or to sit back and relax after a meal in town. If you don't feel like cooking indoors, we have provided a gas BBQ grill and outdoor covered sitting area on the upper deck, while the sunny lower deck features two outdoor lounge chairs and sitting area for lounging or visiting about your day. Our place is an ideal couples retreat and great location to explore Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming during any season. Our own domestic critters include geese (the three stooges), ducks, peacocks, a few cats and Jack our Border Collie for a bit of entertainment.

Heading outside, views from the front decks face west to the Big Hole mountains for beautiful sunsets with milkshakes or cocktails in hand. Grand Targhee to the northeast, the winter ski, and summer mountain bike resort, can also be viewed from the decks. We are centrally located from the towns of Driggs (3 miles) and Victor (7 miles) for shopping and a plethora of dining experiences while Grand Targhee is a mere 9 miles away. Even though we are close to local features, we are set in a laid back rural area of the valley which offers peace and quiet for those days or evenings when you just want to wind down. Numerous bike trails, hiking, golfing, fishing or a nice float on the Teton River are minutes away for summer users. In the winter season, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and other winter sports are abundant. We are a hop skip and a jump to Jackson Hole Wyoming, Grand Teton National Park, as well as Yellowstone National Park.

This is a nice place to stay. It’s quiet and secluded. It was a great place to travel between the National Parks.

This property sits in a quiet corner, surrounded by trees and a small pond one side. It is a beautiful setting, so homey, and my daughter and I enjoyed it very much. Very clean, host was easy to reach and checked in with us to make sure we knew how to use the heater. A great getaway for two busy people, who enjoyed the down time here. Would definitely stay again!

Extremely clean, cozy and private. Great location for visiting the Tetons and Jackson. The little town is only ( minutes away and there are restaurant options there or in Victor (about 5 minutes in the opposite direction. Also very quiet at night.

Cool tiny home near Driggs. The location being on the west side of the GT's is going to be much lesst congested than the park side. Lots of places to explore like Teton and Darby Canyons. Driggs is just a few miles away with everything you would need from groceries to outfitters.

This property was perfect for us and amazing! The property owner was very helpful and informative, as well as patient with our late arrival. The property was very clean, well stocked with cookware and appliances, and everything worked perfectly. The grounds were beautiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the peacocks that were roaming around. The peacocks were well behaved and kept their distance. Loved hearing the horses nearby, as well. Property is located 10 minutes from the grocery store, and about 45 minutes from GTNP. Perfect place to stay for our adventures!

Quiet & restful (except 5am wake-up by peacocks!). Immaculate & cozy. My husband loved the deck outside our room & we ate our meals outside & caught the sunset. Kitchen was well equipped & my daughter & her husband enjoyed preparing our meals in it. Only thing that made me uneasy was the tub. Easy to slip in if not really careful. Overall, enjoyed the property.

Great place. Driggs is a cool place and lots to do around the area not associated with Grand Teton National. Peacocks are cool. A bit noisy but so fun to see around the property!

Location was close to Tetons. The cabin was clean and well stocked with things you would need for an extended stay. It was very comfortable. There were live peacocks wandering around…if you want to sleep in, this might not be the place for you as the peacocks were 5 am alarm clocks.

This place was perfect for our trip. We did have to drive a bit to get to where we planned to do our activities, but with scenery like this, it was not an issue.

Exceeded our expectations. It's a tiny house, but the space is maximized, with a full sized bedroom and bathroom and an extensive loft. The location was beautiful, in a secluded farm setting, yet close to Driggs and Victor, which had restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores and everything else you might need. The peacocks were a nice addition to our stay. We miss it already and hope to be back here in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

From reading previous reviews we knew to stagger our showers and had no issues. It made it easy to get to Tetons, Mesa Falls, great breakfast and lunch options in both Victor and Driggs. Would absolutely stay again

They absolutely saved our trip and we can’t express how wonderful our stay was. Check in/out was super easy and convenient. Everything we needed was already supplied and allowed us to enjoy our vacation without any worries. The host was very informative before arrival as well as during our stay. We were able to visit both the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone, as well as enjoy Targhee Resort! Ms Jo even went above and beyond after I realized that I had left a personal item hours after we had checked out. It was a 10/10 and completely worth the book for us!! We hope to one day be back!! ? oh… and the peacocks we fun too ?

It was overall a great experience the place was clean and the peacocks were cool to look at and were not a bother to us at all. The only downside we had was the queen bed was in the loft instead of downstairs so you have to really duck to get to it but overall we had a great experience.
