This area offers a lot of adventure and the Tiny house/guest house is just a 20-minute drive to some of the best hiking and most beautiful natural features that Washington Cascades has to offer. Some of the more popular hikes include: Big Four Ice Caves, Mt. Pilchuck Fire Lookout, Gothic Basin, Lake Twenty-Two, and Heather Lake. After a long day of adventure this guest house/tiny house cabin is like a dream. All nestled inside ONLY 160 sq ft (10ft x 16ft) is a cozy oasis with all the amenities one(or two) needs, even for a long holiday.

The guest house/tiny house has a covered porch overlooking our small pond and is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and maybe you will be blessed by a sighting of ducks, heron, frogs, birds, or even deer. The covered porch has two outdoor chairs with small dining table for outside dining. There is also outside lighting around the deck for night time enjoyment. We have added a propane grill/flat top for outdoor cooking as well.

When you arrive there is a dedicated parking spot straight ahead next to the cabin. If you have more then 1 vehicle the other vehicle can be parked outside of the property on the road it is only 50ft away from the cabin and there is not a lot of traffic here as there is only a handful of other properties in our section of the neighborhood. It is a safe area and we do have several cameras on the property but nothing inside the guest house or on the deck as we respect our guests privacy. We also added a hotel style look on inside of the door that can only be unlocked from inside for added safety.

The guest house cabin is on the other side of the pond from our big trailer, but when we have guests in the guest house/tiny home we put up our deck curtains to give you and us some extra privacy. Even though we are our on the property and we may see each other, we again respect our guests privacy and only really engage in conversation if our guests interact with us first. We have a combined 40 years of hospitality and customer service experience and we use this experience to try and give our guests the best experience at an affordable price. Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. but a lot of times we can accommodate for earlier check in if needed, so please don't hesitate to ask and if we can we will accommodate.

The tiny home has most of the amenities that one would need for a long stay except for personal laundry service. There is a laundry mat in town which is not far away. BUT if your are staying for 7 days or more we will give you access to our onsite laundry room.(We wanted to keep our pricing low for more to enjoy so this is only available for those that are staying long term).
During your stay if extra linens are needed just notify the us as we have extras.

This is a pet friendly rental and some do rent it with pets. We do have a small air filter in the tiny home as well as the mattress is protected with a antibacterial hypoallergenic cover. but, just to let you know if you do have allergies. We also have 2 cats of our own on the property.

After booking you will get directions and if you follow the search instructions for our rental you will get easy directions from the search engine(not allowed to post search engine name). Its not hard to find if you follow this. We have a sign on the fence with name of property as well as two reflective address on each side of driveway.

Adorable tiny home that was clean and had all the necessities as well as extras. Host was very responsive. Everything was as described in the listing. Would have happily stayed longer but had only decided to stay in the area one day while traveling to other parts of the state. This is a true gem!

An absolute gem. It may be small but it is one of the most thoughtfully put together VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Everything is very clean and you can tell a lot of thought went into every inch. It was also nice not to have to spend the last day of my vacation doing laundry and vacuuming. I've noticed VRBOs are getting more and more demanding about cleaning the place on top of charging you a hefty cleaning fee. That's not the case here. It's reasonably priced and worth every penny. It is small but that was made clear in the listing and we were fine with it. We just wanted to get away and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. I really enjoyed sitting on the front porch, reading my book and enjoying nature. Joe was lovely And you can tell he put so much care into everything from the designated parking spot, to the kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend. I only regret we didn't bring supplies to utilize the kitchen and grill.

Beautiful Space, and definitely compact, but perfect for a solo traveler. Great place to decompress after a long day, and close to the Mountain Loop Hwy to explore once I had more time. The hosts communications were detailed and very helpful, especially since cell signal isn't the greatest in that area.

We absolutely loved the Bbq deck, was so relaxing to sit and drink our coffee on every morning, it’s all lit up and absolutely adorable to come home to after exploring, and comfortable to sit through while the rain is pitter patting on the roof, bed was very comfortable, tiny home has a great layout, we were impressed with how big the shower was, kitchen had everything we needed. Love love loved the pond and fire pit.

The property is just as described and as you see in the pictures. Very intimate and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The owners seemed to have thought of everything to make the space as home-like as possible. I appreciated the notebook with more information about the property and local area. The covered porch was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or tea and listening to the birds.
