Stayed Apr 18, 2025Quiet and peaceful the whole time. Check in process was very easy and Lise was available with great communication. Location is right next to the main house but facing a different direction so you feel a bit of privacy. The studio style apartment is clean and provides basic kitchen and restroom necessities. Fireplace/seating is available outside to enjoy. Definitely recommend this cute little place for couples or a small family if you bring extra (small) bedding.

Stayed Nov 9, 2024I rented this apartment for a mom’s night away to rest and recharge. The apartment is separate from the main house, but attached to the garage. While I was there the garage was not being used so it was private. It’s worth noting that the apartment is in close proximity to the main house, but you would never know anyone was there other than the cars outside of their home. None of the windows face the house and the outdoor sitting area is surrounded by trees. It was wonderfully quiet, close to Boerne but nestled up in the hills so that it feels like you are in the middle of no where. The apartment itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was strong and I was able to use two devices and text with no problem. If I had one complaint, it would be that the air conditioning unit is a tad too loud. Fortunately, for this time of year I was able to have it off for part of my stay. Overall, this vacation rental was exactly what I needed it to be.
