Stayed Sep 13, 2025This property was luxurious with every comfort and need taken into consideration. The amenities were generous, the property extremely clean and everything in perfect condition. Communication was excellent. I would stay here again for a longer visit and just relax and enjoy the beauty all around. The beds were superb too!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We rented this house for a week long visit to Livingston, where we have family. The house was perfect for our purposes and just as described in the listing. It’s up a hill and very private, despite being an attached guest house - we didn’t see anyone else and it was incredibly peaceful. It’s also relatively convenient to town (about 7-10 min drive depending on where in town), close enough that it was not an issue to drive back and forth to my sister’s house. The rooms were spacious and quiet, kitchen big enough and equipped to cook large meals (though we only ate breakfast there). Our hosts were responsive via the app, though we didn’t need anything while there - check in and check out instructions were clear and we had no issues at all. View out the back deck was absolutely incredible. Hoping we will make frequent trips to Livingston to visit family, and I absolutely plan to try to stay at this place again!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We had a wonderful time staying here. Very comfortable, great view, and close to downtown Livingston. The farmer's market was a great late afternoon event. We enjoyed a family movie night! The hosts made it feel like home and were always responsive to any questions we had! We would highly recommend staying here! ?☺️ THANK YOU!!!

Stayed Jun 17, 2024This house was exactly what we were looking for, beautiful views and relatively close to Yellowstone. The rooms are large and beds are very comfortable! The whole family loved this stay! Property manager was very responsive and helpful! 10/10!!
