This new house was begun in late 2016 and finished in Aprli 2017 and was designed for the vacationer who wants near luxury but with the comfort of home.

The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room keeps everyone together when they want. The bedrooms allow privacy at other times.

In addition there is a very large roofed porch with ceiling fans to sit and get away from it all Here you can rest, sleep, or enjoy a good drink.

The views down into the woods aretotally restful.

All appliances are new along with a slightly over sized heat pump. The furnishings are contemporary.

Located about 50 miles south of Memphis, TN off US I-55. The house is about two (2) miles from Sardis Lake which is known for its fishing and water sports. In addition the house is about a 20 mile scenic drive from Oxford, the home of Ole Miss, The University of Mississippi.

Everything was nice and clean. The only issue was the outside garbage can was full and had no place to place our garbage. Also tv remotes had no batteries. And the only TV service was a Roku free channels. Outside of that, which is not a big deal but should be fixed. I would stay there again.

Communication is horrible. Satisfaction is non existent. This is the worst experience to date. Vrbo does not care about you. Nor does this property manager.

Thanks for sharing your home away from home! It had everything we needed and worked perfectly for us. Our son was competing in a race in Batesville and it was so convenient to have a quiet place to lay our heads during the off time. If we return for the race next year, we definitely want to stay at your place !

The house was neat and clean. The only issue was TV not working on Friday night, but it worked on Saturday. Reception is through Hughes Net, which is not a great service! The owner worked with us on any questions!
