Important Note

This listing is for the downstairs residence only, which has its own private entrance and separate access. There may be permanent or occasional residents staying upstairs. While both spaces are fully independent, guests may occasionally hear normal household noise from the upper level.



The jetty or pontoon area is only accessible when the entire property, both upstairs and downstairs, is booked together. When booked separately, this area is not available for use to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.
