The upper level serves as the main residence, offering open plan living, a full kitchen, and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing and entertaining. The downstairs area provides its own private setup, including a kitchenette, living space, and separate bedrooms, perfect for extended family members or additional guests.



Perfectly positioned on the waterfront of the Broadwater, the property also features a sandy beach right out the front, ideal for relaxing, enjoying the views, or spending time by the water.



Located in the peaceful suburb of Runaway Bay, the property is just a short drive to local beaches, shopping centres, cafes, and major Gold Coast attractions, making it a convenient and relaxing base for your stay.

When booked as the entire property, guests will have access to both levels and the jetty or pontoon area

When booked as a single level stay, the other level may be occupied by other guests or remain vacant



Access to the jetty or pontoon is only available when the entire property is booked. This is to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.

To ensure easy access for all residents, please keep the driveway area in front of the gates clear at all times, as both garages require unrestricted access. Guests are welcome to park in the garage or on the street where permitted.



This home is best suited for relaxing stays, so we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum and refraining from hosting parties or large gatherings.
