Love it

Was in Kissimmee for essential work during peak coronavirus outbreak. I requested to check in the same day but owner took 4hrs to respond so I booked for next day, no fault to owner that I found out last minute I was traveling there. I requested check in instructions before noon because I wanted to get checked in on my lunch break since the owner had stated that the place was available the night before. I didn’t receive check in instructions until close to 4pm which is supposed to be regular check in time. I arrived at 8pm after a long tiring day to find out that the electronic code didn’t work. Contact owner 4times and received different codes every time (none of them worked) after an hour of trying the owner said that they could come by in 30min to let me in. I asked for them to just cancel the reservation because I was to tired and had groceries going bad in the car and still hadn’t eaten dinner. They refused to cancel and told me that it was none refundable. I left and went to a hotel since this place isn’t near anything close. Falsely advertised as close to things. Owner was very disrespectful and blamed technology (the lock that they chose to use on their house) as the issue stating that hotels some times have problems too. I told them it wouldn’t take a hotel 2hrs to get you into a room. The neighborhood is run down and has very little things around, expect to drive 30+min to get to major things. I would have given 0 stars if it had let me

The house is big got 5 beautiful rooms. We loved our stay. Is 30 to 45 minutes from Disneyworld.
