Pleasant host and surroundings, great water pressure, functional kitchen, good wifi.

The property was very clean and airy , it was big for one bedroom , kitchen and living room , the location was excellent safe and very convenient to everything and beautiful park just across the street. Definitely will stay here again on top of that the owner let us check in an hour early when they did not have to that was much appreciated . Love love it.

Clean and comfortable.

This place was perfect for my husband and I for 4 nights. Parking in their driveway on a quiet street. Keypad entrance into the suite. Close enough drive to various shopping areas.The bed is only a double, so it felt a little tight, but comfy enough.A small amount of noise from the family upstairs, but nothing concerning.We would stay again if in the area.

My stay here was very good. The place was clean and well stocked. The host was very friendly and heloful with helping in my questions. Will definitely stay here again when visiting british columbia.

Michael was very responsive and helpful. The location and parking allowed easy access. The space was clean and bright and very warm. The kitchen was well appointed with what we needed for our stay.

The host was fantastic and very accommodating. The place was spacious and clean, perfect for a chaperone and 4 teenage dancers attending a dance competition. The suite sleeps 4 but the host setup a large air mattress and bedding for a 5th person (small extra charge). We would definitely stay here again next year!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Didn't spend much time in the suite other than sleeping, but the location was ideal, parking was effortless, and it provided all the amenities I needed. If I happen to be at Surrey Memorial Hospital again, this will be my go to.

Great place

Everything we expected was exceeded

Overall the place was nice and beds were comfortable. Had a few hiccups, such as PIN code not working but that was quickly resolved. Noticed a lot of noise from above unit. As well shower had some short hair on the walls. Cannot use water for even 10 mins as it turns cold. Most times couldn’t shower because it would be cold.

Suite was clean and well equipped, but lots of noise transfer from upstairs and we found the primary bed really uncomfortable.

Nice property and neighborhood. The property is exactly as described and within driving distance to the Vancouver area. The host was very nice and very accommodating.

When we got there our door code didn't work and we had to text the owner at midnight. No bedding on the murphy bed even though we had stated that we would have four guests. After another text the owner brought down a duvet but no sheets. Said he didn't have any so we had to sleep on the mattress cover and then went and bought our own sheets for the next night. Lots of cracked floor tiles throughout the suite and an 18 inch by 12 inch hole cut in the bathroom wall over the toilet on the back of the shower to access water pipes. No plug provided for the bath tub so only showers were possible. Lots of running around in the house over the suite so not a very restful stay. The owner is very pleasant to deal with and did his best to make the stay comfortable but the state of disrepair of the suite and lack of bedding and peace and quiet brought down our experience. This was our second stay in the suite, the original being two years ago and sadly will be our last.
